They weren't the lowest estimate I got (not the highest either), but everyone I know who'd dealt with them was happy and they carried Trane. A R & C was just that company, very knowledgeable and professional. They helped get the problem resolved and had to deal with AHS a couple of times. Charles was my technician that was sent out. Very nice guy, and with the reviews of this company elsewhere I can see why they had a very high rating. We had our air serviced by on time for a yearly tuneup and stated a part was bad on our air conditioning inside. So since we have the home warranty we figure we already pay for this repair and called them. And Charles stated the repair was only about 320 when the on time guy said 600-1300 for the repair... not saying on time folks are wrong... it glad Charlie got us fixed once the part came in.
