Within the same month of the deal - started having problems with the car (radiator, air suspension, electrical issues, inside of the car falling apart, part of the bumper ended up falling off), it totally wasn't worth it. When called back to report issues - was told it's good thing you got the warranty. Even for registration for the vehicle, the representative she was professional and very polite, just not efficient for my particular case. They weren't even on the same sheet of music, as a unit. Ken will say anything to attempt to get someone into a car. I was their sucker for that day. Don't be a sucker. Take the extra time to take a mechanic with you or to a mechanic shop. Went to them off of a referral from a family friend, she had pleasant experience. Assess that it isn't all bad business. Just do your due diligence, so you not stuck paying an almost 600$ car note and unable to drive your car. Was quoted 7500$ worth of work that needed to be done to that car in less than 2months of possession of the car.

By the way they never updated him on his truck after having it that long , he picked up his truck later that night his engine light came on and his truck went into safe mode so I told him to get it fixed some were else , to get a lawyer and I'm also going to call the better business bureau and also channel five news this is unacceptable period. When you purchase a vehicle no matter where you purchase it.... Get it looked at by a mechanic,…read more(full inspection) engine, tranny everything immediately... I had a great experience with these guys. Easy to deal with and a great selection of good used vehicles. I bought my truck and had no problems. I made the mistake of waiting for my first oil change to get my truck looked at. (Almost exactly 3 months after I purchased it)... Now I'm paying for a truck that needs a new engine and its just sitting in my driveway. There was no warning the truck was not running rough nothing, no signs. Even the mechanic said we wouldn't have known unless I told him to inspect it. I've had more than one opinion and one place look at it. Don't be discouraged to do business because they are good fair, friendly, professional people. Just get your vehicle looked at and pay the $130 to $150 for the mechanic to look at everything. It will save you. Some mobile mechanics will do it at the dealer with you for $85

I was asking to have them look at it today. The first person told me he could plug the computer in to see what codes were shown as they closed at 5pm. He said diagnostics could take from 1 to 2 hours. I then asked if they could at least start the process today and thats when he said they had been booked up. Frustrated I called at got someone to take a look who was able to diagnose within 30min. But very frustrating the place where I bought the vehicle feom couldn't have done the same thing esp. Considering its only been in the service department but once in 3 years before today. No good customer service I'd say.

While they provided me with a loaner, I was told I would have to take the car back after repairs. I have made it clear that I am revoking acceptance of the car under North Carolina law due to the substantial defect that occurred almost immediately after purchase. Instead of working with me in good faith, the dealership has been dismissive and has tried to insist "that's not how it works." I am currently pursuing resolution through proper legal channels. If you are considering buying here, please be cautious. My experience has shown a lack of accountability and customer service when a major issue arises immediately after purchase.

I can't stand to see my mother being taken advantage of by a woman who claimed to have her best interests when this agreement was signed. Now it's been nothing but a headache. This dealership is beyond unprofessional, it's a bunch of clowns running the joint. How do you repossess a vehicle when the confirmation of payment was cleared on file? Then charge $450 for the towing fee, when it states $350 on the written statement, so at this point, they're making up additional fees and charges. On top of all this confusion, the car is not on the lot and management is not disclosing the vehicle's location. After paying $1000 this month, with her regular monthly payments and made up dealership fees, they want to constantly add balances to her statement with no descriptions, no rollover explanations, but she constantly backs up her payment history when she pulls out the receipts. Clearly, this business doesn't care about the inconvenience of their loyal customers. This could've been avoided with the proper communication, and a simple phone call. After my mother missed work, the babies missed daycare, and had to Uber to a different town, because they disregarded her attempts to contact administration, she waited outside for three hours with absolutely no progress. My mother called me stressed out and I had to clock out of work to pop my shit, I'm with all the disrespect when it comes to my mom. After confronting the woman in the office, by the name of Janice, I just stopped arguing with a compulsive liar. I think she was talking to herself at one point, trying to convince herself of her storyline because nothing out of her mouth made any sense, she probably confused herself, mumbling words under her breath. Anyways, after 5 long hours, the car was finally returned and towed to my mother's home. I will report this auto dealership to the bureau. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle. Highly NOT recommended. If ya need a buy here, pay here spot try Saul's Motors.
