He then reached back out to me and had me scheduled to have the front leveling kit removed from the truck and reimbursed to me. 10/05/2017 - The team removed the front leveler and restored the truck to OEM original specs. I'd be remiss if I did not update my review to say that Neil and the rest of the team at Deacon Jones did not satisfy my concerns fully. Certainly appreciated.

I was asking to have them look at it today. The first person told me he could plug the computer in to see what codes were shown as they closed at 5pm. He said diagnostics could take from 1 to 2 hours. I then asked if they could at least start the process today and thats when he said they had been booked up. Frustrated I called at got someone to take a look who was able to diagnose within 30min. But very frustrating the place where I bought the vehicle feom couldn't have done the same thing esp. Considering its only been in the service department but once in 3 years before today. No good customer service I'd say.

I can't stand to see my mother being taken advantage of by a woman who claimed to have her best interests when this agreement was signed. Now it's been nothing but a headache. This dealership is beyond unprofessional, it's a bunch of clowns running the joint. How do you repossess a vehicle when the confirmation of payment was cleared on file? Then charge $450 for the towing fee, when it states $350 on the written statement, so at this point, they're making up additional fees and charges. On top of all this confusion, the car is not on the lot and management is not disclosing the vehicle's location. After paying $1000 this month, with her regular monthly payments and made up dealership fees, they want to constantly add balances to her statement with no descriptions, no rollover explanations, but she constantly backs up her payment history when she pulls out the receipts. Clearly, this business doesn't care about the inconvenience of their loyal customers. This could've been avoided with the proper communication, and a simple phone call. After my mother missed work, the babies missed daycare, and had to Uber to a different town, because they disregarded her attempts to contact administration, she waited outside for three hours with absolutely no progress. My mother called me stressed out and I had to clock out of work to pop my shit, I'm with all the disrespect when it comes to my mom. After confronting the woman in the office, by the name of Janice, I just stopped arguing with a compulsive liar. I think she was talking to herself at one point, trying to convince herself of her storyline because nothing out of her mouth made any sense, she probably confused herself, mumbling words under her breath. Anyways, after 5 long hours, the car was finally returned and towed to my mother's home. I will report this auto dealership to the bureau. Save yourself the time, money, and hassle. Highly NOT recommended. If ya need a buy here, pay here spot try Saul's Motors.

Do your due diligence. Can't fully blame the "salesmen" for my lack of preparation. The vehicle we…read moreended up accepting, was not a "good car" as told. Within the same month of the deal - started having problems with the car (radiator, air suspension, electrical issues, inside of the car falling apart, part of the bumper ended up falling off), it totally wasn't worth it. When called back to report issues - was told it's good thing you got the warranty. Even for registration for the vehicle, the representative she was professional and very polite, just not efficient for my particular case. They weren't even on the same sheet of music, as a unit. Ken will say anything to attempt to get someone into a car. I was their sucker for that day. Don't be a sucker. Take the extra time to take a mechanic with you or to a mechanic shop. Went to them off of a referral from a family friend, she had pleasant experience. Assess that it isn't all bad business. Just do your due diligence, so you not stuck paying an almost 600$ car note and unable to drive your car. Was quoted 7500$ worth of work that needed to be done to that car in less than 2months of possession of the car.

I paid a visit to CFoS to get my company vehicle (2021 Ford Escape) serviced. It began making a…read morehorrible noise under the hood, so I got it in the next morning. The issue was quickly diagnosed to be a faulty alternator and belt. Now mind you the vehicle is only 3 years old and only had 65,000 miles on it. Total price out the door was $1700. A bit higher than other places, but I needed it fixed ASAP and CFoS was able to fix it right then. All I will say is that Ford vehicles seem to have a shorter period before planned obsolescence kicks in than my Hondas and Toyotas ever have. That said, from a dealership perspective, they were kind and accurate with their diagnosis and got it fixed quickly. For that, the 4 stars.
