Do your due diligence. Can't fully blame the "salesmen" for my lack of preparation. The vehicle we ended up accepting, was not a "good car" as told. Within the same month of the deal - started having problems with the car (radiator, air suspension, electrical issues, inside of the car falling apart, part of the bumper ended up falling off), it totally wasn't worth it. When called back to report issues - was told it's good thing you got the warranty. Even for registration for the vehicle, the representative she was professional and very polite, just not efficient for my particular case. They weren't even on the same sheet of music, as a unit. Ken will say anything to attempt to get someone into a car. I was their sucker for that day. Don't be a sucker. Take the extra time to take a mechanic with you or to a mechanic shop. Went to them off of a referral from a family friend, she had pleasant experience. Assess that it isn't all bad business. Just do your due diligence, so you not stuck paying an almost 600$ car note and unable to drive your car. Was quoted 7500$ worth of work that needed to be done to that car in less than 2months of possession of the car. read more

Okay... Where do I begin? I was in a wreck a year ago so around October, when I was cleared to get a vehicle, I needed one ASAP... I went to this establishment based on the good reviews... they were wrong .... not even a week after I got my car from them, my head gaskets blew and left me stranded 2 hours away from home... Lee was nice enough to get me a ride back and to lend me a car while they fixed it, but when I called to inquire about the time frame, their salesman named Ken was very rude and condescending because the information he was telling me didn't match up to what I was originally told... When I told Lee how Ken acted towards me, he said he would take care of it... Well when I had to call back, Ken told me he was informed not to speak to me since I complained about him... really? We aren't in elementary school... then I left a review stating all that had happened just to have Lee call me, asking me to change my review and that he has been in business a long time etc... so I did... Well then the car breaks down AGAIN and Lee states that he won't speak to me and that he is scared of me... stating he thinks I am trying to bring him down... No, Lee and Ken sold me a lemon and I want it made right... not long after, the alternator went out in the car and the timing chains need to be replaced...I paid $2000 for a warranty just to be told stuff the is supposed to be covered, isn't ... I have been quiet on this for fear of repercussions from them, but what is wrong is wrong... the only bright spot was meeting Borris who had been absolutely amazing when I needed to contact someone. I am not saying to not buy from them, if you do, make sure you get it checked before you pay them a dime... or else you end up screwed over like me.... read more

Everyone knows shopping for a good used car is very time consuming and can be very disappointing Perfect Ride was a first choice for us with dive by and Internet shopping but living in Garner we checked all the lots in Raleigh and Garner first After two weeks of looking at numerous cars we were ready to start looking out of town. We decided to stop in and meet the staff and check a vehicle we had driven by and looked at Lee and Trent immediately made us feel welcome and we're willing to find and work with us on getting what we wanted. No pressure. Addressing the issues we had with the car. And immediately taking care of the minimal items right then. No questions why. Asked us our budget. And actually got us financed at a lower rate than we were pre qualified for I highly recommend checking them first if you are looking for a very clean car or truck at a fair price.
