Afterwards, he explained their other services and what to do if my transmission ever became a serious problem. They did charge me an additional $75 to come to Parkville, But I thought it was worth it since I didn't have to drive to my usual mechanic and wait for them to finish the job. He saved me about a day's worth of waiting and driving.

I've owned Metrics most of my riding experience. I just had a Harley bug. I took a couple more test rides with Jacob and it still wasn't quite right. About this time after spending hours with Jacob, I was ready to walk and continue looking. I wasn't ready to spend the big bucks and buy new, but what I tested just weren't right. I know Jacob was disappointed I couldn't settle. He was probably the most patient and laid back salesman I've ever met. He didn't give up though. I know he knew I wanted a Harley so he got the sales manager Mike to sit with us to see if there was anything else they could do. I said probably not today. He ask me if I wanted to see one more bike and I figured, why not. It was a 2023 Softail with only 1400 miles on it and it was a beauty. Jacob grabbed another bike and we were out again. This time I was like I should have ridden this one first. By the time we got back to the dealership I was ready to sit back down with Mike the manager. A half hour later I was signing paperwork on a practically new Harley at the right price and financing with Ron Smith. It was a long day but everyone we met a Rawhide that day touring all the departments made us feel pretty special. Especially Jacob Gilliam. They were very pushy about selling warranties and brought it up several times after we said no. My mom was getting frustrated at this point. I asked Dan about the extended Ag Program warranty that she qualified for, he dismissed my question until I insisted that we get more info. He agreed to follow up up with me the next week. He left a message on my mom's phone stating that the Ag Program extended warranty was not included, and the one they sell was better. I called BRP and in a few minutes they were able to add the free extended warranty to the VIN #. BRP customer service was amazing.
