the guy that came out was not a happy person because he said he should be home eating not working. He almost pulled the big truck he came to get unstuck into another ditch while pulling him over the mailbox. He blocked the road while he took pictures and smoked. Before he started there was a car trying to get by who said they needed to get by so they could get home to take a breathing treatment. When asked if he could pull up a little he said NO they could wait. The guy was acting like he had been drinking or had a medical problem that made him appear to be drinking. read more

Would not recommend! I called for a simple winch out for a stuck car. The person I spoke with on the phone was very rude. He could have cared less if he got our business. I told him the location and he had no clue where I was talking about. Ask about a price and was told they start at $175.00 and go up. I felt the price would increase even more once the driver arrived. I called J & J Wrecker and Towing. I told them my location and he was very familiar with the area. Both people I spoke with were very nice and helpful. The driver arrived very promptly and was very nice. Received better service for half the price. read more

I used Smith towing After having a bad accident on Highway 59 by Cleveland. On the worst ice and snow day in Texas in over 30 years. They came out immediately . my front axle was broken my rear axle was broken from the time I called the office to have them come out to the time they arrive with less than 15 minutes. They were very professional and Mike Faris was great He was very polite and Told me me exactly what he was going to do WithBobbie in 10 minutes he had my vehicle on his truck and secured he drove me to my property he charge me a very fair price and I was extremely pleased with the service. I don't know where these negative comments come on the website for these people because they were nothing but professionals I will use them over and over again and recommend him highly. I am so grateful to God and these Tow truck drivers. On Dec 23rd, 2017, two Gentleman with Smith Towing saved my car from any damage by towing it off the small Country Rd 321. And safely unloaded it in front of there office. They even tried to get it running for me and offered to help me with lodging. They did all of this in good favor and out of the goodness in their hearts. They are very professional and kind. They tried to help me get it towed to a Dealership after hours. Seems high in price. Dale charged me a $62 fuel charge in addition to a $5.50 per mile charge. Then $125 for a medium tow truck and a 5 percent credit card processing fee. Total was over $400. I don't know if it's company policy or each driver is different. Anyway things to consider when calling for a tow. read more

Great job when we were stranded with a flat, at midnight, pulling an RV, in the rain. They were fast, courteous and made sure the job was done correctly. Our spare was stuck up under our yukon and he didn't charge extra for the very frustrating job he had to do. Strongly recommend this company! read more
