When the guy arrived he looked at my car and said,oh it's going to rub putting it on the trailer and taking it off. I told him then you're not the guy I asked for I asked for someone experienced in low profile vehicles and if you tell me it's going to scrape then evidently you're inexperienced on hauling it. So that's ok,I will call the company and request for someone whose experienced. He started hollering at me saying anyone can see it's too low.I said it was never a problem the times I've had it towed before so you need to leave.He started hollering again saying if I don't what are you going to do? I told him you are being recorded by my home cameras. To sum it all up he was very rude and obnoxious when I declined his service. Well my car was towed with another company and there was no problem being put on a flatbed,and towed. I called the company (Hatch) back and filed a complaint but judging by the lack of concern she showed on the phone I doubt if there was anything done about his behavior.
