The absolute MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED-- hands down. Jeff Johnson, the very professional and handsome man who pulled my SUV out of the ditch, was sooooo wonderful! I called the company and he had already seen me on the side of the road and was on his way to me! I mean, THAT is customer service!!!! He saw someone in need and headed out for rescue right away. He was there in less than 6 minutes and pulled my car out of the ditch in about 10! He was so wonderful. I feel very blessed that my car had no damage, that my friend and I was unharmed, and that we had the pleasure of using JTT's services this afternoon. Jeff of JTT Towing made the aftermath of a monsoon-like day at Baseball USA end with a nice outcome. Briefly, after a 2:00pm Sunday game was rained out (e.g. 3 inches rain/hr.) by raining sideways etc., I was left stuck in the Baseball USA parking lot on the wrong side of a newly created pond that was 2'-3' tall since the solo storm drain could not handle all the water. -My low profile VW GTI could not navigate those waters without a pontoon boat. Jeff, a neighbor of a friend stuck myself, arrived 6 hours later (yes it was 8:30pm and the water still was too high to traverse) with a JTT Flatbed Truck, a smile, and a helping hand, and towed my GTI, as well as 5-6 other cars out across the newly formed Baseball USA Creek. -I just want to thank Jeff and JTT for the care, concern and neighborly instincts. "Pay it forward" as I say...I hope someone will help Jeff out when he needs it. I surely was tired, my baseball player Son was exhausted, hungry and cold, and we had minimal cash on hand. About 1 1/2 months ago my 2003 Ford Expedition died on me in the middle of FM 1960 and Timber Forest. Everyone that lives in this area knows how busy and dangerous traffic conditions can be on FM 1960. I hadn't been sitting in traffic no more than 2 or 3 minutes when I looked in my rear view mirror and saw a wrecker driver pull in behind me and get out. He introduced himself as Jeff. This complete stranger came out of nowhere and moved me and my truck to a safe location in the Shell parking lot nearby. I asked Jeff how much I owed him and he said nothing. He would not take anything for his time and effort to help me. I was overwhelmed with the kindness and generosity shown by this man.
