I recently had to tow two of my classic cars and humble towing did a great job. Thank you to Tim and Matt and especially Steve the tow truck driver assigned the job. Steve was delicate with my cars and even placed one directly in a tight space in my garage. I will always use Humble towing. The best part is the positive and bright personality all the Humble Towing Employees held. Tim dispatching told me about his personal classic cars to Steve even taking a selfie with me after the job. The price was much less than other quotes and way lower than I budgeted for both cars. Thank YOU Humble Towing. The video uploaded shows more... read more

Great service!!!!! I was stressed of course. My car didn't want to start and they made it easy. Thank you

Do not do business with these people they take advantage of senior citizens and lie. They took advantage of my 85 yr old father yesterday and he was forced to pay $220 to have his vehicle dropped after a fender bender and lied saying it was against humble pd policy to have his car towed to his home. They are greedy and only care about money not people. I spoke to someone at Humble PD and they said that is not a policy they've set up and that tow truck driver lied. Shame on them for taking advantage of the elderly. read more

horrible service lady was so rude on the phone would not recommend. over priced. I told her no thank you and she proceeded to say "okay well call somebody else thats it" read more

Today around 2:30 there was a Humble Tow Truck heading south on 59 to an accident at the Little York exit. That driver had no care for the safety of the drivers on the road. Swerving in and out of traffic to be the 1st to respond. Not safe for anyone to be on the road when no care is giving for safety of other humans. Not very professional of the driver. read more

Ran out of gas, they answered right away. Sammy came by in his flat bed, took me to the gas station and I was good. I forgot my backpack, and he was cool enough to drop it off back to me. Used there services twice and will call again. read more

I was at the red light behind a Humble Towing Service truck. Once the light turned green he just set there. I blowed at him to go he just continue to set there. So, I went around him and call to report the vehicle to the company. The guy who took my call was very rude stated that was my problem not there's. He became very disrespectful to me. If they can't take a call and treat the person who can become a customer nicely. Then I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!! I had an awful experience using this company to help ship my vehicle to another state. While in their possession my car was completely ran through and everything was stolen. When I called to ask question about who had possession of my car keys the guy just responded with I told you so. Even made a joke about the fact that I put my dogs remains in the truck thinking it would be kept safe during the transport! Claims they are not responsible for items left in that vehicle but even the Drivers Manual and registration was stolen from the glove box! Inside Job! read more

This company has drivers that are extremely reckless when it comes to driving on the road especially all over 59 N. humble area most of the drivers drive, reckless tailgate other civilians on the road flashing their bean lights driving reckless in and out of traffic just to go to a car accident when they are the potential to create a car accident I don't see how this company is in business With all their reckless drivers, you're lucky if you don't get sideswipe by one of their trucks from then swerving in and out of traffic just to go to a car accident read more

hateeee the way i got treated. as soon as i walked in they talked to me like i didn't knew english, felt looked different and whenever i would ask questions the white lady with the jewelry rudely replied to me & didn't help me at all. worst customer service ever: if i could give 0 stars i would read more

I would not recommend this towing service to a friend or family member. They are unreliable and can not be trusted. They can not guarantee that your car will be delivered in the same condition you left it in their care. Please do not use this company for your towing needs! read more

Had to get our car towed from Humble back to Spring today due to a flat tire and a flat donut... Very decent pricing & fast arrival time. Honest company and great driver! Glad we weren't charged an arm and a leg, and were treated with "social distance" and respect. Highly recommend. read more

The most unprofessional towing company i have ever came across!! After blocking fm 1960 near huffman tx on a flooded road trapping many vehicles on the flooded road risking many lives!! Talked to the people over the operations of pulling the already flooded 18wheeler out of the ditch! I was threatened by one of the employees/owner cause i was saying it wasnt worth risking so many lives over something that was already flooded! Do not do business with this company if that the way they conduct them selves while on the job!! read more

I called Humble Towing on a Sunday to pick up my car from a parking lot I had stalled in the night before. The dispatch told me a truck would be at my car's location by 11:45 am. The driver showed up a few minutes early and got right to work; he knew exactly what to do and loaded up my car in a matter of minutes. He towed it to a local repair shop they often work with and lowered my car into perfectly into an empty space in the parking lot. The charge was $75 on my credit card, a bit high for such a short tow, but the punctual and professional service was worth it. read more

Humble Towing towed my vehicle to their yard after I was in an auto accident. Within a couple hours of my truck arriving at their facility, I called them to let them know that I wanted to release my vehicle to my insurance company so that it could be towed to the collision center where the adjuster would inspect the vehicle. They told both me and my insurance companies a series of lies and tried to make us jump through a bunch of hoops so that they could hold onto my vehicle as long as possible and collect the storage fees from my insurance company. All in all, they held my vehicle (and held up the claims process) for 4 days -- which delayed my vehicle being inspected and repaired/replaced. It was a huge inconvenience to me, but they didn't care. This is an unethical business run by unethical people. read more

Be forewarned about this place, just a professional chop shop! 100 miles away took advantage of a bad situation then took my personal belongings. Don't do it, find another place! read more

They were fast. It took the tow truck driver five minutes to get to my house to tow my car to the auto repair shop. They provided excellent customer service. The tow truck driver didn't look like a felon, was funny and friendly, in a good mood, smiled a lot, and was really professional. They were fairly priced. I paid $65. I highly recommend this company based on the one experience. read more

I needed a quick easy short tow in Atascocita, and I mostly didn't want to get fleeced. The phone people were great. Gave me honest and fair (cheaper than I was expecting) rates. The tow guy showed up as communicated. He was friendly, empathetic and constructively helpful beyond towing my car. Great outfit. read more

Very unprofessional towing company with incompetent drivers! They will damage your vehicle because they do not know how to load them properly. The owner Mat Teal has no remorse or care that his drivers damage your property!! read more

if I could give negative stars I would. unprofessional, idk how they're still in business with how many people they've probably conned. i called to have my car towed to they're location, upon arrival the mechanic Preston was instantly hostile, barely had a 2 minute conversation with this man about my car before he started ordering parts that I didn't ask him to do. I asked for a written estimate and he said "we don't do those here" instantly should've had my car taken somewhere else at that point. I told them I would call in the morning to let them know what I was going to do about my car since it was not drivable I went home figuring out my situation, contacted my insurance as a normal person would. apparently they were so inconvenienced that my insurance showed up taking pictures of my car that Preston called me pretty hostile at the fact I got my insurance involved (sketchy). anyways at this point my car was there for not even 24 hours and I called tell them another company was going to come and get my car that my insurance already paid the towing fees (even tho they lied and said they didn't and made me pay anyways) they proceeded to tell me I was NOT ALLOWED to release my car until I paid $633 in "diagnostic fees" IVE NEVER EVEN HEARD OF THIS FOOLERY BEFORE. I NEVER signed any papers or work orders or gave them consent to do ANYTHING to my car. I got cussed out by the mechanic Preston and the owner Matt teal and hung up on multiple times. they were holding my car for ransom at this point giving me no choice but to pay $633 in fees that don't exist. At the end of the day I had to have a DEPUTY come with me to help me get my car released which is sad. Based on all of these reviews I see being horrible shows they make their money off of scams. When I asked Matt teal the owner for a detailed receipt and any papers they CLAIMED I signed he had no words. Shame on this business. read more

very rude and unprofessional! they don't care at all about the customers.

Steve from Humble Towing was wonderful. The car ignition wouldn't turn over and we had arranged for a tow to have it checked out. Steve was able to get the car started. He determined that the steering wheel had a safety locking mechanism that had engaged and prevented the car from starting. For future reference, he explained how to disengage the safety lock. No tow was needed!!! Thanks for the great customer service. read more

I just tried to call and get a tow truck to unlock my car so I could get my purse and medicine out of it because my keys were lost. First I was redirected to another phone number and the first lady hung up on me. The phone number she gave me to call responded with "I don't have anyone out, sorry. Have you tried Humble Towing?" I am trying to get my purse because it has my medication in it and there is really nobody that can freaking help? read more
