Harry called me back promptly & let me know right up front that he was fully booked until August. But he also eased my mind by reminding me that the toilets were all put in at the same time, so more than one could have components wearing out at the same time. As for the job itself (garbage disposal replacement) the service tech tried to unjam the old one first (which would have saved me money) but came to the conclusion the old one was toast. Installed a new one quickly and cleanly. Price was exactly as quoted. As he was boxing his tools I asked if White Glove did any water quality testing and explained a problem I suspect I have on my supply line. He offered to take a sample on the spot that would be sent off to a lab. He quoted me a price and said I could pay in a week when the sample came back. How much more could I ask for? Great first experience with White Glove. They are at the top of my list for future needs.

I thought they did a great job. The equipment that they installed was top quality and the plumbers who did the work were courteous, respectful of my home and knowledgeable. This year, I had a plumbing inspection by a third party who informed me that due to code, I needed an expansion tank for the heater. I called Mr. Rooter to inquire and they sent the original plumber to inspect. They agreed to install the tank at no cost to me other than for the tank and pipe, which I did not purchase the first time. Very fair indeed and they were extremely courteous during the discussion we had. I would recommend Mr. Rooter of Richmond.
