After going through an extensive total home renovation project lasting a solid year and many upgrades over the years, my wife and I have experienced the good, the bad, and the ugly. I have trusted sources but lacked a reputable/good standing plumbing company. I had never heard of Leo's Plumbing and Repair LLC. However, they stuck out in their reviews. I state this in terms of consistency with professionalism, quality of work, communication, and truly valuing their clientele - testimony from several past reviews. My initial call and further exchanges in conversation involved Wes. He was always accessible, extremely polite, professional, understanding, accommodating, consistent. Great guy! Further, my situation wasn't an emergency but required a technician within a few days. He explained that their crews were tied up on large projects but managed to make an exception and tend to my requirement within a two day time frame. This was for my convenience, not their's. Nadi was the tech who arrived. He was polite, professional, and did high quality work. The charge for the work was both transparent and extremely fair. I don't know the owner but it's apparent to me that he has created a longstanding and positive culture of quality, trust, and value.

He said he would make me the first appointment in his day as it was so urgent. I really appreciated this as it looked as the water had been running from my yard into the ditch at least all night. He came within the hour and it was determined that I had a water meter leak or break. Thankfully the break was found to be on the county's side so the county will handle the repairs and I do not have a high water bill coming to me. Leo was very helpful, professional and came very quickly with his team. A very nice gentleman from Henrico County Water also came and the county has been very quick to respond.

I ordered a vanity that had three wide, sliding drawers.Kevin informed me that the piping would need to be altered for it to fit properly. I paid for him to change the piping within the walls, alter the vanity so that the drawers would fit, and he also installed new shut off valves and altered their location. After he removed the original vanity and piping, nothing remained that wasn't installed by him. His failed installation resulted in my entire two-story home flooding and my family being homeless for over 6 months. It has almost been a year, and we still haven't recovered. Because the business wasn't picking up the phone at the time of the incident, I called my insurance company. Afterward, Kevin verbally admitted fault and offered to pay me partially for my insurance deductible in front of a witness. I had enough sense to decline his offer, but he admitted fault nonetheless. Nearly a year later, he's changed his entire story and is pretending to not know anything about the incident. If I were reading this review, I wouldn't need much more information to put this company on a list of businesses not to use, but just in case you do: Are you willing to risk your home suffering damages that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars?
