Now I waited 6 months just to have a phone convo with dr viola because I was told if I wanted to have a Conversation with him i would have to pay 60$ for an appointment. My conversation was to ask if he would still be fixing what his dentist screwed up. When he FINALLY agreed he demanded my mom come in for a cleaning as a trade off for him fixing the tooth his dentist broke? Dr. Kumar is absolutely excellent and she is so friendly and professional. I was most surprised that she did the cleaning herself - I'm not sure if it's because it was my first visit or if she always does that. But if she always does that, I will be coming here forever (absolutely nothing against dental hygienists who are excellent but the fact that the dentist is so hands on gets insane brownie points there). I'm also extremely impressed with the staff who are so friendly and organized. Ladi got my insurance information completely ready before I even arrived and Jovita broke it down to me by showing it to me on a TV screen. It was legitimately the very first time I understood my dental policy and I'm so glad they explained it to me. They do not file your claims directly and you do have to pay up front first but they are able to put your claim through on your behalf and the turnover time for approval is very reasonable (~48 hours for me). Their modes of communication are also awesome because they're able to text and e-mail you if they can't get a hold of you through phone and they reply extremely quickly. Their follow-up was also impeccable and I even got a call the next day to let me know that they were in the process of following-up with my insurance and that they hadn't forgotten about me. Their prices were fair and they do offer payment plans in special cases for really big procedures. You can tell that this clinic really truly cares about their patients and Dr. Kumar is so personable. I haven't had a filling that has had to be done by her yet so I'm not able to evaluate how she is but all other aspects, she is absolutely excellent! I think I've truly found my dentist and I will be seeing Dr. Kumar from now on!

My husband insisted that I needed to go and found a local clinic, Brock North. "Don't worry," he said,"I'll be there holding your hand the whole time." Dr. Fernandez was very supportive and understanding of my panic (the result of a lifetime of truly horrible dental experiences). He told me that I needed a root canal, and I screamed (according to my husband), "Just pull it out!!." He insisted on saving the tooth. The root canal, 16 years later, is still brilliant. And 16 years later, I am still a patient. They didn't have any problem with my husband joining me for my appointments during the first four years, and my husband, son and daughter also became clients of Brock North Dental. All I can say is Thank You, Brock North Dental and Dr. Fernandez. For anyone with any fear of dentists, I urge you to give Brock North Dental a try. It's not scary, I promise!
