They took the time to go over the all steps during the prep and answered all of my daughter's questions. I could tell that my daughter was more relaxed once her questions were addressed by the prep nurse. Dr. Klein also has a great sense of humor which also helped put my daughter at ease. We had 2 separate visits (once to remove 2 teeth from the top and again to remove 2 teeth from the bottom) and I must say, I was very impressed with how well the procedures went from prep to recovery.
