Selectively rude and lacking rudimentary business savvy and disregard for courteous behaviour. Rouge valley dental is a dental care mill and has no personality for patients. God forbid if you are late where the stare down from the staff makes you feel like dirt. Rotating hygienist from newbies to cranky ones with an attitude. Understanding that time is money and the more they see, the more they earn. Started off ok but now a run of the mill dentistry caring for volume. Suggest finding another dentist and staff who are more personable and not condescending. Patients need not out up with glorified receptionists with an attitude.

As an adult she is patient with me even to this day, my fears are not as bad, but she understands them and works with me. As an adult she is great with those who are nervous and not good with needles. As a child when she left my original dentist practice - I wouldn't let anyone else near me. Mom literally had to find her new office to get my teeth done. Now as a mom, I feel the need for her to watch over my children too. So I know that not only with they get the professional attention they need but the care they deserve too. I would recommend her to all.

Dr. "Gurgles" has no respect or care for his patients. Chipped my two front teeth and went in to get them fixed, left leaving in worse shape then coming in and had to come back to his office to have someone else fix it. Had an impacted wisdom tooth and sought his advice. He told me he had a friend he could call to remove it and it would cost $900. Kept insisting it was a good deal and that it was not going to be offered again since his friend was only in town the next week. Got a second opinion and the dentist told me, not only would I be eligible to get the extraction covered by OHIP but also informed me that it will be a very hard procedure because the roots were entangled with a nerve in my jawline. Extremely unprofessional and dangerous advice from Gurgles looking back on it now. TLDR; find any other dentist in the GTA.

I was worried that the experience would be traumatic for my daughter, but Dr. Klein made the process super easy. His staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to go over the all steps during the prep and answered all of my daughter's questions. I could tell that my daughter was more relaxed once her questions were addressed by the prep nurse. Dr. Klein also has a great sense of humor which also helped put my daughter at ease. We had 2 separate visits (once to remove 2 teeth from the top and again to remove 2 teeth from the bottom) and I must say, I was very impressed with how well the procedures went from prep to recovery. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend dr. Klein and his staff to family and friends.
