The day of my appointment, couple hours before, they cancelled on me and had no care of the inconvenience it had. It affects my cancellation of my other appointments which has a cost associated to my cancellations because of the endodontic. When I asked would they reimburse me for their mistake of any late cancellation fees, the female on the phone laughed at me. I asked her what was so funny? she put me on hold. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. NO apology was given. The female on the phone really did not care at all and knows zero about customer service. IF YOU HAVE THE OPPURTUNITY TO GO SOMEHWERE ELSE, DO IT. Save yourself the hassle to be disrespected by the front desk people. They do not care about customer service or any regard for your time.

John was Dr. Jack Lindzon's patient since he opened up the office, in the 1970's. So, for decades, John, my son, and I have never felt pain during any procedure. Reassurances during a difficilt experience were not expressed. I felt afraid, nervous; the procedure gave me sharp jabs on several occassions, an aching jaw and a strong need to swallow because of the time required to complete the procedure. The following day was aching jaws and head aches. The tooth no longer gives me pain but I will never go through with this procedure again.

The reception Philippino lady... well, she definitely had a fork up her butt her snarky attituded only lasted 5 minutes before I set her straight she has some serious issues! please get help, incompetent idiot. Meeting the doctor for the first time he was friendly and within 1 minute he tells me I'll need two appointments to complete the root canal and itll cost me $1200 wow $1200 for a root canal? I told him i will not pay more than $1000 and thats already over paying, which he quickly agreed to with a BIG GRIN on his face. After the first step was completed they make you go back to the receptionist with your face numb all the way up to your eye balls! Literally! Was referred to this dental office from my friend. I previously went to another dentist for my…read moreentire life since I was four years old, however my previous dentist is starting to show some age, and his hands were getting shaky whenever he was performing duties in my teeth. This did not bold too well with my confidence and I decided to look for another dentist. Off to Sone's on Sheppard dental office. I was seen to Dr. Aiden Sone and he is a joy to visit. He is very friendly and we share a lot of things to talk about which makes my dental visit extremely pleasant. This dental office is much better then my old one as they have computers and x-ray machines that are connected to the computers. Right away after taking the x-rays, the dentist can see the x-rays immediately without any delay. Dr. Sone also showed me these x-rays to me and explained what he was looking at and if there were any problems. I just had a regular dental cleaning/check-up and as usual no cavities. I've never had any cavities in all of my 29 years !! I'm looking forward to my next visit to this dental office, and I'm glad to make the switch. I'll be telling my friends and family to come here as well, as they're all at my previous dentist which is showing signs of age and hands being shaky.

Failed to deliver a promise to call back and I had to call back to follow up instead. Hung up on me while I called without actually speaking to the phone. Not sure if it is because the reception desk is too busy for being professional.. As I just changed my dentist to Dr. Sone, even with transfer of x-ray and past history, but apparently I have to change my dentist again as the reception service could become a barrier. The ladies made me feel intimated as if I'm a chinese and not too welcomed. I wish this is not the case.
