The day of my appointment, couple hours before, they cancelled on me and had no care of the inconvenience it had. It affects my cancellation of my other appointments which has a cost associated to my cancellations because of the endodontic. When I asked would they reimburse me for their mistake of any late cancellation fees, the female on the phone laughed at me. I asked her what was so funny? she put me on hold. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL. NO apology was given. The female on the phone really did not care at all and knows zero about customer service. IF YOU HAVE THE OPPURTUNITY TO GO SOMEHWERE ELSE, DO IT. Save yourself the hassle to be disrespected by the front desk people. They do not care about customer service or any regard for your time.

The time in the chair was two and an a half hours for a root canal. The needles in the roof of my…read moremouth were very unpleasant to say the least. Multiple freezing injections were required. Reassurances during a difficilt experience were not expressed. I felt afraid, nervous; the procedure gave me sharp jabs on several occassions, an aching jaw and a strong need to swallow because of the time required to complete the procedure. The following day was aching jaws and head aches. The tooth no longer gives me pain but I will never go through with this procedure again.

He is such a patient and thorough dentist and is always open on the weekend. This makes scheduling so much easier with kids and school. The staff also contact patients via email which also makes communication easier. The huge oats are very nice and when my kids were small, they would offer movies to entertain them. We don't live in Markham, in fact we live about an hour away, but make the drive anyways. He is always available for emergencies, like when my daughter fell down the stairs and knocked her teeth out. He saw them that same day and squeezed us in. He is a great dentist!
