I'm trying so hard to be a better person. Could you try as hard to make a decent burger? It was slop. Very first bite, sauce everywhere. Everywhere. The fact of the matter is, my oven doesn't work and I was relying on you to feed me after I paid you, and instead I now have to clean up a bunch of sauce. When I put the burger down to clean up it just slid apart. Sounds awful? It was. Worse? The fries were unseasoned cardboard and the Coke was tasteless. Thanks for reminding me the perils of ordering food from you. read more

Great experience at this Smashburger. The food was well fresh, well put together and delicious. The dining area was clean and comfortable but by far the highlight of our visit was the service. The woman taking our order, Olivia, was helpful and pleasant. She made us feel welcome and explained the menu to us. She made sure everything came out correctly and checked on us a time or two throughout our visit. Hopefully she'll be there on our future visits since we live in the area. read more

Delicious mushroom Swiss burger. Ate the whole thing and wanted another one. The sweet potatoes fries are on point!

I wish cooks would start doing their job. If I pay for an add on. Give me what I asked for. I have to waste gas and drive back to this establishment because staff can't read the order correctly. Not coming back. This has happened way too many times. read more

Customer service was top tier. The gentleman working alone this evening deserves a raise. He handles the dinner rush with grace and still was greeting us goodnight. The food was great! Very clean location and my toddler enjoyed coloring and her milkshake read more

"SMELLED BAD & OVERPRICED" This was my first time here and I finally decided to give them a chance! So I order a double double with bacon with fries. It was almost $20!!! Who the heck pays almost $20 for burger and fries!! We are not in California! What's up with these prices. Anyways I thought the burger would taste amazing and change my life. You pay for what you get for right? WRONG! This burger was one of the worst I've ever had! The buns smelled really bad, there was hardly any lettuce, and it was so SALTY!! I couldn't finish the burger! I threw it away and swore I would never step foot in another SMASH BURGER ever again! Customer service was great tho! Sorry not sorry but unless u invite me back for free U LOST ME!!! read more

So much better than the 99th Ave. location. Super clean store with delicious food and great service. Employees are very nice, I will never go to the 99th Ave. location again read more

What happened to this place. We loved loved Smashburger when they first opened, and have been going downhill ever since. But yesterday, April 27.2026, we got some lunch from the location on baseline and power. We thought it would be good as we hadn't eaten there in quite a while. It was terrible. The hamburger meat was thinner than the crap at McDonald's, the bun was doughy and soggy, french fries were greasy and overdone, and the brussels sprouts were overcooked and soggy. Anyone with high blood pressure, don't eat here, as you'll end up in EMERGENCY, the burger and brussels sprouts were so salty. It's like someone dumped a whole jar of salt on the food. My blood pressure was the highest it had ever been after eating that food. The cashier girl was super friendly and very patient. I'm not so certain on the cooks. Sorry to say, but we're never going back. i'm only given it one vote because the girl at the register was very sweet. read more

The service was really good. Javan was knowledgeable about the menu and answered our questions. The food was quickly brought to us and we enjoyed it. We order tenders and bacon smash. Both pretty good. The vibe was chill while we waiting for our food. The music nice. read more

Tried the chili cheese dog, cooked to perfection! Ordering again. Andrea and Olivia, thank you ladies. Great friendly staff.

This was my first time in and was craving a good hamburger. Not only was Olivia courtesy, talkative and helpful. I feel like she knew the menu like the back of her hand. The food was good but the service was great. I live less than a mile and I'm sure I will frequent smash burger with my pregnant cravings. Clean and quiet. read more

Stopped in at Smashburger at noon on a Wednesday. I was the only person at the time but five other parties came in after me. Sadly, they were all served food before me. I ordered a Classic burger for my wife and six Wings for me. We also got a side of tots. The cashier was very robotic and generally tried to talk me out of the wings, saying they take time to cook. Now I see why. Our meals came out in 15 mins. The burger was fine but Smash doesn't offer a protein burger, just a GF bun. The wings were average at best and the tots lacked the crunchy texture that we all love. Sad experience. read more

This is my first time ever eating at a smash burger. It will not be my last. People were so friendly and I was watching the cooks and they were very clean and wearing gloves. The entire restaurant is very clean. This was an amazing experience. Oh yea the burger was delicious and the fries nice and crispy with amazing flavor. read more

My first time at this smashburger location. I was greeted by Adrian he was very nice and helpful. While waiting for my meal I noticed Adrian going above and beyond making sure tables are getting cleaned and sanitized as soon as customers leave. He would also come around to make sure everything was tasting good and to my satisfaction. Something that really impressed me was how careful he was when touching my food and ketchup packets, He made sure to grab my ketchup packets with the napkins to avoid touching them! With my OCD this definitely made me happy! This location was very clean they're taking precaution measures: Making every other table available, they will provide you with a new cup every time you get a fountain drink refill and 6ft markings on the floor to the cashier register. read more

Food was hot and ready a few minutes before scheduled pick up. Appreciate and like the text message updates. Would order from here again.

I thought I finished my review - oops!! So the Smashburger we visited was tip top! Customer service was great. The food was well prepared and the turkey burger I had was very good and the bread was super fresh. The young lady there was attentive to my dairy needs by asking if I was lactose due to the sauce used on my sandwich and she made sure to visit our table to see if there was anything we needed. That's what customer service is all about. read more

I've been to this location multiple times with no issues. Idk what happened today. Let me ask a few questions... do yall normally serve smashtots in a cup with the ones on the bottom soaking in a quarter inch of grease? Who's seasoning the burgers back there? My truffle mushroom swiss was so salty that I was thirsty halfway through it. I like a well-seasoned burger and it tasted good, but ease up on the salt, please? Thank God those greasetots were free, because I couldn't finish em. read more

Jauan was super helpful when it came to ordering, the food was great and it was very fresh!

Very small burger for the price food is good and service was good. Probably will not return.

Thought I give smash burger a try again Waste of my hard earned money If I'm paying $18 for a meal I expect my shake not to taste like it was made with old products My fries to be warm/hot and not cold and the burger... I gave explicit instructions on what ingredients to add to no avail... unwanted toppings on a cold burger... thanks for another bad experience read more

Not a good experience and certainly not worth the money .. The classic smash, tots and a drink were around $13 and when food comes out too fast it always leaves doubt in my mind about items being par-cooked. The tots were over fried, the burger had no flavor, the egg bun was dense and the overall composition of the burger/dull toppings was that of a cafeteria rather than a place known for burgers. Overpriced and poor quality. read more

*** RAW - UNCOOKED BACON FOUND IN BURGER *** I don't know if I'm more disgusted or upset - it was such a horrible night. My husband had to make 3 trips to Smashburger because of the lack of cleanliness and lack of them paying attention to details. 1ST TRIP My husband placed a to-go order (black bean burger that was supposed to have *avocado and *grilled onions with a few other veggies). The place was extremely busy so it took awhile until my husband came home with the food. After a few bites, I didn't taste any onions. So I checked my burger, and didn't find the onions but found a piece of ***RAW & UNCOOKED BACON**! This was extremely alarming to me because I am pregnant, and I don't eat meat!!! 2ND TRIP So my husband went back up there with the burger to report it to the manager. He explained to them that I am pregnant and eating raw meat is totally unacceptable. He also mentioned to them that they forgot to add onions. ((At the same time, another customer was complaining that he ordered a burger without cheese but still had cheese on his burger.)) The manager apologized, and had the cook re-make the same order and added a free French fry. My husband came home with the food, and at this point I lost my appetite. But because I'm pregnant, I had to eat something. After the first bite, I noticed that there were no avocados! Ugh! All this time and money spent towards Smashburger, and they can't even get it right the second time! 3RD TRIP So, hubby went back up there and was just fed up. The manager apologized and made the order herself, and gave him a free meal coupon. He came home and yes my order was finally correct, but at that point it was late, I was not hungry and was not up to eating cold fries with a hot burger. As expensive as Smashburger is, I would think they would be more prone to pay attention to details and would NEVER give uncooked/raw meat to a customer. WHAT A HORRIBLE NIGHT. read more

This was my girlfriend's & I first time at smashburger. Javan was polite and made us comfortable to take time and view the menu. We ordered our food and the food came out great. Our service throughout the meal by Javan was great as well. I hope he is a manager as he seems to really care about the service given to the customer. The location was also very clean compared to other ones I have visited since then. 9/10 overall read more

Had a terrible experience with "manager" Olivia today. Ordered ahead online and went to receive it first she was unpleasant and slow to help . Her face was upset as usual . We see her frequently and she is never friendly or smiling . We left with our bag she handed us closed . Drove all the way home to find out we did not receive half our order. We were missing our chicken strips . When we called to the store to speak with her she was rude and said we forgot it like it was our fault . She also never apologized for the inconvenience. We only requested to be refunded for the food we did not receive . She stood quiet on the phone, refusing to help or resolve the issue . We usually love to come when the other staff is there. We are greatly disappointed with our experience. read more

I visited today and spent over $20 for a double smash burger and a single smash burger and fries. The single smash burger looks like a child sized burger. You better off getting the double so that it atleast looks like an attractive burger. Way overpriced for what you get in return. It wasn't even good because it was way too salty. Smh Money wastes down the drain. Come on Laveen, you gotta do way better than that! read more
