First time eating here. Wanted a shake but was told the machine was broken with an air of impatience, as if my asking was an inconvenience. Waited almost 20 minutes for my food. So I'll preface with I came here once before and when I say my whole order got messed I truly mean every single item got messed up almost as if I got someone else's meal. So the manager offered me two free meals the next time I came in. They just put two comps on my rewards that never expired. And lemme also add I. She orders my food for me rings me up but when it rings up it only takes one comp off. So she called the manager over he stated well you can only use one comp at a time. I explained what happened previously and he says you know what it's ok we will take care of it. He didn't really have to do that but I was still very appreciative. Because it didn't even take the entree comp off it took the side off. Which I thought was weird. Anyways long story short to this day I still appreciate how the staff handles the situations. Food came out and was delish. I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and I absolutely love the truffle sauce on it. Also ordered the smash tots which I wish had more garlic than rosemary but still very good. Next time I'll try the bbq bacon burger cuz I got a side of their bbq sauce and it is sooooooo fire!!! The burgers were excellent, and the chili fries was so good. The buns could use a little more toasting. But other than that, everything else was great. I have to give them credit because the burgers tasted absolutely fresh and hot. The environment was nice and comfortable, and the overall experience was great. Furthermore, staff were super nice. Came into Smashburger expecting a decent experience and instead felt like we were a complete inconvenience. From the moment we walked in, the employee helping the customer in front of us already looked annoyed and uninterested, and that attitude carried over to us. After we were served our food, we asked for ranch. The response we got was, "when I have time." About five minutes later, ranch was finally brought out--but instead of handing it to us, it was placed on a completely different table behind us for us to grab ourselves. When we asked for one more ranch, the exact same thing happened again. It wasn't busy enough to justify the attitude or the lack of basic customer service. From my 7 year old son : give them 5 stars. Food is bomb (he had the kids cheeseburger meal) and so is the waitress. FIVE STARS MOM Food was great. It was fresh and the service was good. The most inconsistent restaurant I have ever experienced. One day the food is a solid 10/10, the order is perfect and the customer service is stellar. Then there's the other times when the food is undercooked, soaked in grease, order is flat out wrong and the customer service is terrible. Today was one of those days. Placed an online order via the app, the same order we get about once a week or so, except this time the food point blank bad. The brussel sprouts were severely undercooked (bitter) and they didn't strain them so it was just sitting in a cup of grease at the bottom of the container. Hot fries weren't seasoned and also full of grease to the point where it was dripping all over the place. Girlfriends burger was wrong. Normally if it's just one thing it's not a big deal, but it was compounding. To add insult to injury the worker taking the order was super rude (never experienced it this bad, normally the usual young guy is the gold standard of customer service). Asked her for ranch, would only give us 2, offered to pay and she got irritated and gave us 5. Its a $40+ order with multiple sides, shouldn't have to beg for sauce. Just sell it to us, I don't mind paying, but don't be rude about it. We live next-store and eat here all the time, *regulars* is an understatement, but I think this may be our last visit. If you get lucky this place is one of the best SmashBurger's you'll ever eat, but lately it seems to be the worst. read more

I've probably been here 3-4 times in 2025 and they always deliver. they've been running a smoking deal on their all American smash and double all-American smash I feed a family of four for like $25 and just make french fries at home. If I'm being honest they text you updates I order online and the food is always ready in 10 to 15 minutes. I'm not sure why they get three stars but if I could give them five stars for each of the times, I would their burgers are way better than crap from In-N-Out or any other fast food joint. read more

As someone who has tried a lot of food around the world and visited 13 countries and the majority of the US states I would have to argue that the burger I had at Smashburger today was surprisingly one of the best burgers I have had. I have to give credit to Medo Hafez for making that amazing burger, and to Alex, who made some really great and crispy fries that has been better than the ones I make it home. This review is based on 2 visits. First, I placed my order online. The website said it would be ready in 15-20 mins. I arrived at the 15 min mark and was told it would be another 10-15 mins. I ended up waiting inside the restaurant for an additional 35 mins. Once I was finally handed my bag of food, it was soggy and everything was cold. I cannot understand how I was inside and they handed me cold food. It was 8pm by the time I got my food so I just reheated it at home. It tasted fine but soggy. So I contacted Smashburger and a manager reached out to give me 2 comp meals to get me to give them another chance. I went back in mid afternoon hoping it would be less crowded. I tried to place my order online and the website wouldn't allow me to actually redeem the free items added to my loyalty account. So I decided to call to place the order and see if they could help me. I ended up sitting on hold for 25 mins. I went inside while on hold and only hung up because I was next in line to order. When I told the employee I had been on hold for 25 mins, she did not apologize, just took my order. This time, I had my food within 10 mins, after the 10 mins it took to order to redeem the free food, and it was actually hot. I was shocked. The bbq bacon cheddar crispy chicken sandwich was really good and the sweet potato fries were fine, but could have been crispier. The food here is good but it is not worth the headaches I've always encountered here. It's also awkward to wait for a to go order because there's several people just standing around, it's just not organized. I could go back once the world is more normal, but when they only have one cook and the other employees can't be bothered to take orders by phone, it's not worth it. read more
