Zoe made my experience so much better today . Her energy alone makes you want to eat there and stay there all day. Her welcoming energy and making sure my meal came out perfect was top tier service for me . Clean atmosphere and doesn't smell like old grease. Make sure you guys come show my girl some love and to the worker who recommend I mix the tator lemonade with the strawberry dragon fruit god bless your heart because I am super addicted now ! read more

Alan has great consumer service skills. Very polite and friendly. Food was hot and fresh. ambiance nicely done.

I haven't been to this Smashburger in years but it's nice to see that it's still kicking. I was very warmly greeted when I arrived to a fairly empty restaurant. It was very clean and organized. My order was ready on time and there was nothing missing! Yay! The friendly associate asked me if I desired any sauces. She had to refresh my memory because I never knew they had sauces here. I asked for the truffle mayo which was stunningly good! I really came to try the new Big Shrimp roll. They even have a shrimp basket that consists of shrimp paired with french fries. I love when burger joints and steakhouses also cater to the seafood lover. The shrimp were perfectly fried and set on a warm buttery roll with remoulade! Loved it. read more

This is a large restaurant with plenty of seating, including spacious booths. It was nearly empty on a Thursday afternoon. You can make any of their signature burgers vegetarian by swapping the meat for a black bean patty. I got the spicy jalapeño smash burger. The black bean patty was dry and crumbly, but I enjoyed all of the toppings. I also tried their scorchin' hot tots. These were satisfyingly spicier than I expected. In addition, I love that their fries are seasoned with rosemary so they have quite a bit of flavor. Their crispy brussel sprouts were also tasty and it's nice to see this semi-healthy option on a fast food menu. read more

Right now they have one of the best burgers..hands down. Everytime I come here I'm in love they have all kinds of fries my favorite are the smash fries they so good. And the drinks uh amazing from the shakes to the lemonade. The service is just as good they don't cook to you order so everything is fresh. And they have great tvs to watch while you wait or eat in....it's gives sports bar ambiance with great food read more

I was a regular at this location for years, to the point where a former server had my order memorized. Even after she left the company, I continued coming in for lunch, and the staff still recognized me. My food was consistently fresh, and I always felt well taken care of, which is why I remained loyal for so long. Unfortunately, that changed after my recent encounter. I parked directly out front, as I always did, ordered my food, and dined inside. While I was eating, my vehicle was struck while parked outside, directly within view of the cameras. I immediately went back inside to inform the staff, but I was told there was nothing they could do and that I would need to wait for a manager to contact me. No one ever followed up. The next day, I had to call myself. When I finally spoke with someone claiming to be the manager, I was told they could not access any camera footage and that I would need to subpoena the building owner to obtain it. This was extremely disappointing, especially as a loyal customer who had supported this business for years. There was no sense of urgency, concern, or effort to assist me in a situation that occurred directly on their property and within camera view. Accidents happen, and I understand that. However, this location could have shown accountability and a willingness to help. Instead, I was left feeling dismissed and unsupported. Because of this experience, I do not plan to return. Businesses should take care of the customers who consistently support them. read more

I wasn't particularly thrilled with this adventure. I'm not big on burgers but when I do want one, I need it to be a good quality. They had a BOGO going on at the time. But 2 for 1 wasn't going to cut the grease off this entire meal. I know what I signed up for coming here but this was beyond the regular grease amount. A bit excessive. The fries, The burger it was just sloppy tbh. Customer service guy was very sweet and polite and he's the reason for 3 stars. read more

I've been to this place three times in three different months to get a chili cheese dog each time I've gone they either don't have buns or don't have hotdog. I never see anyone there so what happens to their hot dogs and buns do they get moldy and they throw them away. read more

The service is horrible. You have to wait a long time to order and get serve. There is no meal so the could make the money in there. The location is in Bruckner avenue. I don't think I will not come here any more. read more

At least the food redeemed the experience here. This is a solid 2.5 but ya know yelp doesn't do half ratings. There were maybe 5 people ahead of me in line. It took 17 minutes from the time I walked in the door to place my order. I understand places are short staffed but y'all obviously need to incentivize people to work for you - I guess I understand why a lot of people were placing mobile orders. Once I ordered, the food was out in about 10 minutes and the grilled chicken avocado club and smashtots were on point as usual. Obviously the kitchen staff was cranking out orders - get the one measly cashier some help. read more

What makes a fast food place stand out to me most is always the staff! This place has a very caring and helpful staff no matter who's behind the register. The manager is great, I unfortunately can't remember his name but he helped me when I accidentally placed my order to the wrong store. Sometimes the store has things missing, but that's a given with a fast food place. Please treat these workers correctly, there is absolutely no other fast food restaurant with workers this good! read more

Today was my first time at Smashburger. Happy to report that it was a success. I got the Colorado double, the fish sandwich, sweet potato fries, and the Oreos and cream milkshake -thick. Can we say delicious??!! Shanice provided excellent customer service ;there is no ambience to speak as It is a fast food joint, but it is a nice clean space so it doesn't feel like fast food. Good personal live service getting the food to your table, definitely not fast food right? Go check them out. Say hi to Shanice. read more

Second time trying this food and I was definitely disappointed with my order! I got a cheeseburger with avocado and it felt like there was barely any meat in the patty and it was messy as hell. I have eaten here once before a few years ago and never reviewed but now that I came last Sunday and ate here i just had to put a review. The burgers are great what can I say . It's seasoned so well , doesn't feel greasy, the buns are soft and delicate. The add on's are delicious and fresh . However there big winner for me is hands down there sweet potato fries. They are something else . Crispy to the core , tasty , seasoned. Some of the best I ever tried to be honest . The staff was very friendly, parking was right in front , seating was more then enough. Next time I'm in westchester I'm definitely going to go again . read more

While out and about, my nephew said he wanted a good milkshake. Opened up my Yelp app and noticed there was nothing good in our vicinity and from previous experience, I knew that the shakes here are good. So we took the 15min drive. This Smashburger is located in a strip mall next to a Home Goods and across from a BJ's. It was busy! Masks are required. There are no social distancing guides on the floor. I guess everyone had the same "let's get a milkshake" idea because we waited 20mins for ours. All the staff wore masks and gloves. All orders were to-go. We ordered, three, vanilla, salted caramel and strawberry. They were good. The best tasting was the salted caramel. The strawberry seemed to be missing strawberry flavor which I found odd because Smashburgers shakes are based on Häagen-Dazs ice cream and I love their strawberry ice cream. read more

This burger is really good. The place was nice and clean, and the service was nice and efficient. They cook the burgers to order so it took a while. Also, this can pretty pricey because they sell everything separately. So for a double burger with onion rings and a drink, i paid almost $21. Which is a bit on the pricey side for me. Is it worth it, ehhhh.. i honestly don't think so. I enjoyed my burger tho. The store was spacious and had lots of seating. I forgot to take pics of the food. I don't come to smash burger as often because of their pricing. There are similar burger joints that are in a more affordable range for fast food. But, i do recommend if you've never tried them. read more

Burger was ready quick and tasted amazing! Great first time experience with preparation and taste.

They cook the food here badly. I had concerns that I had regular tots instead of smash tots. they took my tots and drop them in the oil and took them out one at a time pretending they put rosemary, and garlic on them. when I got them home , I could pour the oil out of the container the people they have working at this location really don't like their jobs. Rude and don't care about the business name read more

Burger was awesome and the service was perfect with very nice employees. I'd go back again in a heartbeat.

Location has a great general manager that makes sure everything runs smooth. Good food, freindly staff

The amount of oil that came in my order made McDonalds look like Panera Bread. I ordered a BBQ Bacon Cheddar burger and a large fries via DoorDash. What arrived to my house instead was an Avocado Club Burger... Not only that, but with the BLACKEST pieces of avocado I've ever seen in my life. I didn't have the patience or energy to wait for a replacement so I tossed the avocado and tried to stomach the rest of the burger. Everything seemed old and pre-made. Pretty much, heat lamp food. But the fries? Oh. My. God. The amount of oil in these fries, I could've used it to fry a new batch of fries! When you bite a fry and the oil seeps into your mouth, there's a problem. Inedible. Incorrect order. Never eating this crap again. read more

We came here after my god daughter's graduation because she's a hamburger and fries gal and always wanted to try this place. I was happy because I just knew we were going to shell out some big bucks at City Island or something. This fast food restaurant was clean and the staff were real cool and friendly. We all pretty much ordered the same thing a cheeseburger, fries and drink that came up to about $15 per person. I had the bacon cheeseburger with sweet potato fries. The burger and fries were good and I had no complaints. There was nothing extraordinary about the meal that would make me want to have to return. The burger was big and smashed like on the bun, hence the name "Smashburger." You order and pay for your food and one of the staff brings your tray to your table which I thought was cute. If I see a smashburger I would grab a burger and fries again when I'm in that type of mood. read more

The food was good but the restaurant smells like school cafeteria The tables were dirty and the air conditioner leaked water on me When I brought it to the waitress /cashiers attention She apologized asked if it got on food I told her it did on my daughters chicken finger she apologized again and walked away I Gave two stars because the food was good and the kids were happy read more

I used to love smashburger but will not be coming back to this establishment. For starters, I was told my food would take 10-15 minutes, I waited for 30 minutes in a crowded establishment in a pandemic. If I was simply told it would take that long I would have waited in my car. Once I finally sat down to eat, upon my second bite a long brown hair was in my burger. And when I say long, I mean LONG. It truly disgusted me and I don't think I'll ever be able to stomach another smashburger. read more

Dear smash burger you should be a sin and a blessing!. I was in the mood for wings at first, but walking towards home goods I caught a whiff of burgers and fries arcoss the cross walk and it smelled tempting. Right after I finished shopping I quickly jumped right over and ordered a triple burger with fries and a shake. (Eeeeeeek! My diet was non existent at that moment). The burger was extra juicy and fresh and very delish I usually dont eat double patty burgers but I made an exception and I wasn't disappointed, the fries are not oily at all and it's very hot and crispy and the shake, omg let's not forget the SHAKE!!!!!! that's made with real Haagen-dazs icecream no imitations! The shift lead on January 27th . Time being currently 2:39 is very distasteful to the company. His presence makes all customers uncomfortable as he speaks to his employees as his subordinates in front of everyone. The was food good but the manager/ shift lead again was very distasteful. I would like to add that he yelled out from the window to the customers that their were no trays and everything would be packed to go but customers can "still stay if they wanted to" & within mins one of his employees brought some out for him, I watched him wave her off in a nasty manner. I'm not sure if he had a bad day but it was needed for a review. read more

I like the fresh spinach and goat cheese in my burger, but the patty itself was small and dry. My son had the bbq bacon cheddar burger w/haystack onions. That burger was juicier, I guess because of the higher fat content. I do like that they give the option of chicken or black bean over beef. However, the 5 Guys down the street gives more bang for the buck. More beef, more toppings, less $$. read more

Before I went vegan I enjoyed all the burgers and chicken sandwiches. They were very tasty. When I went Vegan I tried the blackbean burger and to my surprise it wasn't that good. Happy 900th review for me on YELP. I say this was the first time I headed to a Smashburger, heard alot about the place and how many new ones are popping up all over town. This was the location of the OTB (Off Track Betting) back in the days in this area. I was impressed with the place. -Ordered the NEW YORKER Burger with everything on it, well all of the free toppings. It came with cheddar, garlic grilled onions, spinach, tomato, lettuce on an Egg Bun. I loved it, Burger was not too overcooked or undercooked. Regular price it was $6.29 plus tax. Got the fries also, they were regular shoe string variety for $1.99. I should have gone with sweet potato fries, I usually love those. These fries were just okay. -This is a spot I will definitely come back to, my dad said he ordered the regular smashburger and didn't like it too much, but he really like the New Yorker this time around. Their salads here looked pretty good as well. i will also order a milkshake next time as it looked very good at someone near me table. Look forward to coming back soon. Great service by the staff at this location. The burger to me is right up there with 5 guys, shake shack is really great but sometimes too greasy, this one was not so much grease. read more

I had lunch at Smashburger yesterday. It is fairly new and opened recently in the Fairway Plaza. I didn't know what to expect and I was definitely surprised. When walking in the door you are met by a greeter who hands you a menu to peruse while you wait in line. The line wasn't too long - it was divided into two, and there were two cashiers. Each line had about 5 people in it. There are many options for burgers - it seems like they've put together several great combinations but you are also able to build your burger from the bun up, including several choices of buns, several options for type and weight of meat, and many, many options for toppings. There are also side dishes and shakes. I had a chocolate shake, a cheddar / bacon burger, and sweet potato fries. I placed my order, was given a number for my table and sat down. The shake came out in minutes and the meal wasn't far behind. The burger was delicious - the bun, cheese and bacon were great and the beef was flavorful. The shake was rich and thick. The fries were crisp and well seasoned. There aren't tons of seats but the ordering line and food delivery timing seems to pace itself with the consuming food time - until groups split up thinking that 1/2 of their party needs to "hold" seats. I spent about $12 there. The service was great. There were several people working the counter, several in the kitchen and several delivering food/cleaning/ bussing tables. I was impressed - the place was tidy and fresh. It is new and still seems to be in good shape. It was better than 5 Guys. It was as good as Shake Shack. read more

Burger was cold when it was a pretty quick delivery, fries seemed and tasted old. Disappointed.

Ok so I enjoyed most of the stuff I saw on the menu and the onion rings were pretty good a bit salty but good none the less. I ordered the new yorker with chili cheese fries and it was pretty good I enjoyed how the table settings were. They are comparable to five guys just with more toppings available. I think they are similar to shake shack but not in flavor. Smash burger brings the order to your table and even when it's packed you are still given your order right away which is great. The wait time at shake shack can some times be over an hour and then you may not be able to get a seat. I enjoyed my food and so did my daughter, my husband favored five guys more then smash burger but I must say that they are pretty good. This will definitely be a good place to go an hang with the girls. Love that they have milkshakes will try on my next time out. read more

Being a Monster-Smashburger fan, I always make it a point to stop in here on my way back to Westchester and I'm always rewarded by a perfect Fried Egg and Cheddar Burger with hot onion crisps. I have been to Smashburgers in Utah, California, Colorado and New Jersey and must say that I am MOST impressed by the staff and training that Smashburger provides. The Pelham location is no exception -- the staff is welcoming and friendly and the on-site manager is there to ensure your happiness, whether it's a side of extra pickles or throwing down an extra burger so you don't have to get up and wait in line all over again in the event you're still hungry. If you're a milk shake fan, you're in luck as Smashburger serves it up old-school by letting you have the shake and what's left in the silver shake cup! Best of all, if you're not in the mood for a burger or have chicken-loving kids, this location offers an awesome fried chicken sandwich, as opposed to the Paramus location which does NOT. Clean, professionally-staffed and tasty = a recipe for a great meal. read more
