Oat milk cappuccino eggs and avocado skillet
Marcella B.

Been coming here for years . They have an awesome oat milk cappuccino. Fantastic grain bowls and skillets . Fresh breads with various spread and jams . Have never been disappointed here , The staff and service is always polite , pleasant and professional. Parking is sometimes difficult but there is a parking lot around the corner Worth the drive

Le Pain, address 28 Purchase Street, Rye NY 10580. (SERVICE) On Friday, May 18, 2024, at approximately 1432, I purchase to take out. My surrounds when I arrived, two table with four patronizes waiting for their order and two other waiting for their ice coffee, with three workers behind the counter. After I placed my ordered one person purchase a ice coffee and one person picked up a to go order, this was wihin three mins after placing my order. At approximately 1458, I start to pace back and forth after one or two mins I inquire at my order. Approximately 1500 i then received my purchase.

Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad

I love le pain quotidien but i was very disappointed when I spend $20.65 for a cobb salad and did not get what im used to. First the employee tells me they dont have hard boiled eggs so they will give me a few pastries for the egg , i said ok fine even tho im sure i would not eat the sweets because im on a diet but i try to be understanding, what really got me upset was how careless this salad looks. Looks like it was the ending of the chicken, hardly no meat, hardly no blue cheese, avocado was old. Overall i feel like for a salad this price the person at the kitchen could of had some respect for my money and time

Cappuccino & Almond Croissant

Loved the cappuccino! It's not my first time. I've been here few times and didn't review before. Pastries are good (almond croissant ) - Prosciutto and Fig Sandwich was good and side salad dressing was a great combination choice. - Warm Grain Bowl was delicious and an excellent healthy option. - Belgium waffle with berries recommended

The is a lovely looking place when you look in the window, and entering the restaurant the cases full of baked goods are welcoming. Unfortunately it's is overpriced and underperforms which leaves one to wonder how a restaurant in a busy upmarket village can fail so badly and not realize how badly they treat potential customers. All the bowls our food and coffees were served in were cracked: a health department violation. The underneath of the tables are not smooth (sharp enough to tear or snag your clothing) and the food, let's just say it was easier to leave it uneaten and pay the bill. Now we know why they have a poor star rating that they must never look at or that would have improved their offerings.

Great service, nice clean location, and great food. Liked the wooden interior and decor and the menu was extensive with something for everyone. Weirdly there was a lipstick stain on one of my cups but the staff immediately replaced and apologized (only negative of experience). Really appreciated how nice and accommodating the manager Max was from Rye. He went over the top to make my experience at LPQ great! Will be back!

This cute corner spot on Purdy Ave- off Purchase St, in posh Rye, NY, bills itself as a bakery- but…read moreyou can also get coffee and other non-coffee beverages such as Golden Milk, Chai, Hot Chocolate (don't know what it tastes like), etc. Specializing in pies, you can find savory and sweet types here. I thought I was safe by coming here at 9:10am- and since hours on their website, Google AND Yelp are listed as 8am, I was safe. Right? No. While the high schooler was pleasant, she was just opening up when I got here. She did triple-duty as she made my iced chai (their frother/machine 'wasn't hot yet', rang me up+bagged my items AND opened boxes to remove pies and fill up their respective sections in the glass covered counter. There was no way of knowing what's what except for the pie cards. I got a Vegetarian Quiche with goat and Swiss cheeses+ Sun-dried tomatoes+ onions+etc and a mini 'Dirt' Chocolate pie from the fridge. Best of the best? No. While I loved the puddin-y chocolate filling in my mini pie, the cream piping didn't give me that 'creamy', fresh whip cream taste- plus the crust didn't help. My Vegetable Quiche filling was also rich tasting- had a wonderful melty feel with the Swiss and goat cheeses when I popped it in the oven at home. But again, their crust doesn't flaunt that all-butter pie crust recipe and tastes oily. Butter isn't at the heart of their pies. The $29.50 I paid for the large Veggie Quiche was mind-boggling and the $16 for the Dirt Chocolate Pie wasn't worth it either. I can almost see why folks feel Noble Pies is firing on all cylinders- but to me, it's all about the butter- which isn't in their crust.

I stopped in for the first time to check out Noble pies. Wow everything looked amazing. The people…read moreworking there were so nice, and greeted us warmly. They made their recommendations and we chose a mixed berry pie, an apple pie with crumb topping and a cherry pie. We also had to have a couple of scones to take home, A sun-dried tomato scone and a raspberry chocolate scone. First, we broke into the scones which were buttery and had good chocolate raspberry flavor. Very fresh. And now for the pie! I loved the mixed berry pie, it had a nice tart flavor it was done perfectly. The crust was crisp and unlike usual pies that have soggy bottoms, this one didn't! I also loved the apple crumb topping pie that had chunks of apple that still had some bite to them. I hate pie with mushy apples inside. This one was perfect! I will be back soon to try the lemon!

There was nice attention to detail in the making of the burrito, and it had a variety of upgraded items included like Oaxaca cheese and avocado, as well as fresh vegetables. For around $13 it is a filling and delicious meal. The restaurant feels authentically Mexican as well and the staff seemed happy to be there and serve good food.

Parking was available outside and when I walked in there were no customers inside. The space was dimly lit but seemed clean. I was eventually greeted by a woman, though there was a bit of a language barrier. I was able to communicate through another staff member, so it worked out. I ordered the large bistec burrito, which came out to about $13 with tax. That is pretty standard pricing right now. One thing I did notice right away was that they no longer had the meat spindle like they used to, which was a little disappointing. The food came out quickly, within about five minutes, and the portion size was solid for the price. Unfortunately, the flavor did not match expectations. It was just okay. The meat was not very well seasoned and had some fatty pieces that took away from the overall experience. The sauces were good, but nothing that stood out. Maybe it was an off day or maybe I should have tried something different like the tacos or cecina. Hard to say, but based on this visit, it did not live up to what I remembered and I am not sure I would recommend it right now.
