It is a Starbucks so provided they don't have tons of vermin issues you know what you are getting: quick, okay ish caffeine candy. This Starbucks has tons of seating and a relatively clean restroom. It also managed to produce one of the more hilarious names I have received (sat) so I was tickled by my trip here. read more

Really stellar location! The partners are fast and efficient, and very friendly. We accidentally spilled one of our drinks, and when I went to buy a replacement and ask to use their mop and towels, they were so gracious! They replaced the drink free of charge and were quick to clean up for us. Top notch Starbucks!!! read more

Like other reviews have said the staff here are super friendly, polite and make your drinks so fast. The barista seems like he wants to be there and likes his job. He even says the names really chirpy haha. You never get that from Starbucks employees. I find they never run out of things also, even in the afternoon they still have plenty of cake pops and breakfast sandwiches haha my favorites. I always mobile order and they always have my order here ready earlier than the estimated time, always a bonus. The milk bar is always stocked full and always clean. The store itself stumped tidy , the staff are always cleaning and even cleaning the front glass doors and windows. Honestly I've been to so many Starbucks especially in NY and this one is by far the best. The staff deserve some sort of reward for always being this good and this consistent, something you never find with Starbucks. Seriously well done. read more

I live right down the street so I come here a lot. It's great for grab and go orders, but it's pretty hit an miss for working here or staying for any length of time because there is not a lot of seating. But there are a good amount of conveniently located power outlets, so if you do get a spot to sit it works well. Friendly, approachable staff and consistently good drinks. read more

Employees are polite and make your drinks quickly. I hate the actual coffee used, but love how they mask it with sugary goodness. It is a treat drink for me at this point, sadly. Best things to get are the iced caramel macchiatos and the white chocolate mocha fraps (seasonal). I spent many hours here while in high school and during reunions when my friends and I were attending college. This Starbucks has a homier feel to it when compared to others. Best seats are by the windows. Like another review stated, you have a certain level of privacy if you sit by them. I've never gone on a date here, though. Not sure I'd want to, considering I see way too many people I know whenever I sit down and enjoy my coffee. This can be good or bad in a small town such as Rye, depending on who you see. read more

I've got different flavors of iced tea from here twice with orders online and they haven't tasted as good as other Starbucks I've been to. Every other Starbucks the taste is on point and here it's just been mediocre. I went back in to get my iced tea sweetened a little more and the guy just rolled his eyes and did it. I've been going to this Rye branch for a while now, and it has a sense of warm, nice feeling to it. The coffee is not the best that I've had, but I really enjoy the atmosphere here. I just went to this Starbucks on my way from New Jersey to Boston. I ordered my drink and my boyfriend ordered the same thing after me. I received my drink and after 10 minutes of waiting, my boyfriend still had not. He asked them for it and they made it for him. We went to leave and the barista asked that we be "honest next time" instead of paying for one drink and tricking them into making two... we told him we both ordered the same drink and paid separately. We both paid in cash. We asked him to check with the barista who we ordered from and he refused. I do not appreciate being accused of stealing and it is unfair for him to make allegations and then refuse to even check with the person who we ordered from. I'm a loyal customer to Starbucks and get my coffee there everyday, however I will never return to this location. read more

Everyone is super friendly here and efficient. I just started working nearby recently so this has been my go to Starbucks. The employees remember you and your drinks (not mine yet but I always get different things). I came in one time with my boyfriend with the worst cough ever and one of the employees asked me if it was ok to add lemon and honey for my cough- how thoughtful! I'll never forget that. I avoid this place for several reasons, but more importantly there are better options for a good cup of coffee in downtown Rye. Do yourself a favor and keep searching for a local establishment that prides itself on quality over quantity. If you are looking for a place to sit and people watch then this may be a spot for you. There is generous seating, which is usually taken up by folks hammering out emails and the next great American novel. Grab a seat in here if you can, but find somewhere else in town for your daytime drink desires! read more

Heard the toilet flush, the girl comes out literally a second later, heard no dryer sound. Went in to find the sink bone dry.
