This is the IHOP of my childhood. My aunt loves this place. Since I last been here, which was over 5 years ago, it looked like it was renovated. The area we sat in is an addition to the building. My family and I went in during the week for breakfast. I wasn't to busy initially. We were seated at once, but the table was completely clean. So we waited for our waitress to go get her things and clean it up. Once cleaned, we sat down and ordered. Food came out hot and fresh! We were missing so pancakes and ended up getting extra pancakes out of it. Overall, not many other iHOPs over here but this one will do!

It's very quiet here tonite after shopping in the area we decided that we stop in here. The waitress is effective and efficient I like her energy. The food didn't take long my friend ordered 2 for 2 pancake with Bacon. I ordered steak tips with garlic broccoli and mashed potatoes. Sandy is our waitress she is great.

There's nothing like a nice plate of breakfast sampler here at IHOP. The cooks are really quick with the orders and the waitresses are doing a great job bringing it to the table hot. The establishment is very clean and the staff are all wearing mask. There's plenty of parking. I recommend this business highly

I decided to try something new as I always order an omlette but this time I went with a Philly Cheesesteak and I was not disappointed. This was the second best cheesesteak I've ever had and I have had genuine philly cheesesteaks while visiting Philly so there! LOL I will take a photo next time and there will be a next time.

Good location, a little small but food is usually good. My favorites are the big steak omelette, buttermilk pancakes and appetizers. My favorite waitress here is Miss. Joan she is always kind and sweet to me and my family when we come in. Always gives me A+ service. I won't even come if she isn't here. Parking lot can get crazy in the mornings and afternoons on the weekends and on holidays. Pro-tip you can park across the street in the shopping plaza parking lot. I do recommend this location, and if Miss Joan is there ask for her and tip well she's so awesome.

I went to this iHop today on Sunday morning for breakfast with a date. We both got omelets and pancakes. I ended up noticing hair on the plate of my omelet so I sent it back and then when it came back there was a hair literally touching the food a second time and it disgusted me. So I ended up only eating the short stack of pancakes and being disappointed. Being a chef it was not a good look and I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone.

Decent if you are in a bind. However, if you have time and don't mind driving somewhere else I'd say avoid this place. Generally, the food here is like any other IHOP (no surprise there, I know). The staff was very friendly but seemed a bit overworked. This is a busy spot, and I could see they were really stretched thin. If you are here, you can't go wrong with the Omelettes. Very filling, and they come with either pancakes or home fries (I always go with the fries).

I came here the other day with my daughter after her dentist visit I stop at IHOP is always welcomed and I was not complaining. My daughter got the cupcake surprise pancakes and I got a stack of pancakes with scrambled eggs and sausages as usual the food is delicious and the wait times are short. Whenever I come to IHOP I always want pancakes and French toast and any other breakfast meal they provide but this time I just had to settle for pancakes and eggs. The prices are not too expensive so if you don't know what you want you can kind of experiment with a few options and still not break the bank either way I'm pretty sure you will enjoy whatever you choose. This location was super busy but our waitress was on top of everything she was there to take her order she was very kind and courteous and the food was brought to the table promptly. I have nothing but good things to say

Service: 10/10 The employees were very friendly. They were kind and had a nice smile on their face. That is what customers should be looking for when being approached by waiters or waitresses. They were very helpful with the menu option. Food: 10/10 I started with their hot chocolate with whipped cream. Man! It was delicious. The whipped cream, by the way, is optional. It does not automatically come with the hot chocolate. The texture was just right. I picked a good day to drink hot chocolate. I have also ordered their standard Belgian Waffles with a side of sausage. I have to admit, I was slightly disappointed with the quantity of the waffle. They only give you one. Additionally, you'd have to ask for the butter. Butter does not automatically come with the waffles. The syrup is or at least should already be on the table once you're seated. Even though I only got one waffle, it was delicious. Furthermore, you have the option to add whipped cream to the waffles. They will add the whipped cream to the waffles for you. The same can be applied to pancakes. When all is said and done, they will offer you a blow-pop lollipop. Overall 9.5/10 I will be back. I am unsure if they do reservations. It wouldn't be surprising if they did. Their menu options and pricing were reasonable.

This place was an amazing find for us. It looks like, and kind of feels like, a diner, but it's so much more. We were super excited to find Latin American cuisine favorites that we love and don't often find near home. I had a Cuban Medianoche sandwich that was served on absolutely excellent bread, with curly fries. My husband, the carnivore, ended up with some kind of multiple meat sandwich that came on the same amazing roll. (Before you think it's weird for me to rave about the ROLL, where we live in central PA, there is no good bread. Just saying!) I also had to get an order of tostones because I love them so much. They came with a garlic sauce that was intense and delicious. The service was friendly and attentive. I got the impression that this is a neighborhood joint with lots of regulars. There was lots of chatter and conversation among the people around us. Seriously, if you need food in the Bronx, this place is a great place to eat.

Despite there being a good amount of people service was quick and all servers were very kind and attentive. Our waiter Steven made sure we were taken care of and everyone else were very kind. Enough blossoms were out to provide me with a whole bunch of ideas for art projects. On this particular day they had a few food carts at the Clay Picnic Pavilion, accompanied by some very loud music that you might not expect in a bucolic setting. Even though we were starving, the lines were so long at each of the food carts that we decided to look elsewhere for nourishment. We ended up at the rather swanky Hudson Garden Grill in the NYBG. You probably should make reservations, which we had not done. But since it was past five and getting close to the 6pm closing time, we were still able to get seated. Service started out adequate but then slipped badly towards the end of our meal. Our server indicated that the menu would be changing the next week, which is unfortunate, because the corn fritters we had are no longer on the menu. These fritters were the bomb! We shoulda gotten a second round. Perhaps the zucchini chips that are now on the menu are as good. I had the Caeser salad with chicken. It was fine. The chicken was not mixed in or topped on top of the salad, but served to the side. JP ordered the Hudson (cheese) burger with fries. Both the burger and the fries tasted good, but that Brioche bun collapsed and fell apart in poor JP's hands. But you should expect that with the Brioche bun, to which just about every restaurant these days has a slavish devotion.

You cannot order a fresh carafe or pitcher of sangria with the fruit in it here, which is what I was expecting from a place headlining sangria. So your experience of the Sangria Cafe for sangria will come down to whether you like yours fortified. I like my sangria freshly made to order with just the wine and chopped fruit, but you may have a better experience at Sangria Cafe if you prefer fortified sangria. So the Manager, Elios, was superb. He told me he would let me taste the red, white and lychee versions to see which one I preferred. Given they are all fortified to an extent, I chose to order margaritas. I prefer mezcal margaritas, but they did not have mezcal at the time. So I went with the tequila classic. It was good and I had it to go for my evening at a cigar lounge. I also ordered food to go: the French cut pork chops with garlic mashed potatoes and asparagus and the braised beef short rib with small potatoes and broccoli. Here's a twist: the food was better than the adult beverage at a place emphasizing the latter. At all times, my server, Hector, was superb in his own right. Service is probably the strong suit at Sangria Cafe, followed by the food. The French cut pork chops taste like they have been marinated or at least brined. You will eat these down to the bone and you will pick up those bones to clean them. The garlic mashed potatoes were great too, but the asparagus was a bit overcooked. On balance, this $30 dish was satisfying and would have been better had they included a little gravy on the side for the mashed potatoes. The beef short rib at $38 was even tastier. I appreciate the chef took the time to get a good cut of short rib and trimmed the excess fat down to a leaner cut. The meat is inherently marbled with fat, so the flavor is already going to be as present as the savory tenderness. If you dine at a restaurant where there is excess fat on the beef short rib, know the chef there is not putting in the work to trim all that fat. Coudos to the chefs in the Sangria Cafe kitchen for their trimming work. This is even better than the pork chops and you'll savor every bite. The broccoli was overcooked here, so the chefs could restrain themselves on the cooking time for the veggies. The small potatoes were perfect and what is not to like about marbled beef and potatoes. Here they have a little gravy with cooked onions to add to the savory pleasure. The Sangria Cafe is a great place to come with friends. This place will see lots of action as the weather warms. The atmosphere is upbeat and the music is in full swing. This is a Latino and Afro Latino crowd. The kitchen and service are very good here. Perhaps I'm in the minority preferring nonfortified sangria, but I wish that were an option with the chopped fruit in it. Perhaps the majority prefers the fortified hit, but it would be nice to have it more relaxed with just the wine as summer approaches or at any time of the year. Please keep the mezcal in stock as SOP for the mezcal margs. Thanks to Elios, Hector and the chefs in the kitchen. 3.5 stars.
