The place was small, which was'nt the problem. The problem was the waiter/ manager was sick. When he came to review our order snot ran out of his nose and hit the floor he wiped his nose and kept talking. I had to ask for another server. read more

Food was great compared to many other IHOPs I have been to. Waitress was extremely kind and pleasant. It was a little dirty on entry and it was a little spooky that there was only one other family there, but we did go on a Thursday night. Steak tips and eggs were awesome. read more

I've never had to wait more than 2 minutes for a table here. Obviously if you go on a weekend morning, you're going to have to wait for a table anywhere. So don't pay mind to those saying service is slow or wait time is long. The service here is impeccable. I always get the same 2 ladies and they make me feel like I'm family. They're sooo sweet. Food always come out very fast and tastes great. read more

I went to the I Hop on central Ave in Yonkers NY recently, horrible service place was run down & dirty. I waited over 45 min for my food, yes they served coffee right away. I got do disgusted waiting so long, waitress never came back, so I decided finally to get up & walk out. I will never go back again to that location, they need to remodel & have better service. I do not recommend this place, even if it's free, very disappointing. read more

MS Joan always got me ..lol only IHOP I go too .Past 30 years same great service . NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS

Typical IHOP, service was decent each time I've ventured in even on the busy Sat and Sun mornings.

4340 Boston Post Rd, Pelham, NY, i LOVE ihop, but this ihop was awesome. Hazel as our waitress was the most lovely person . i waited 5 years to go to an ihop. my daughter who is practicing driving drove 2 hours to take us there. the most fun experience ever.great service and the food was just YUM. This ihop location has been around along time. But if you have never had ihop then your not american (lol) so on with the review. This locTion is very speedy as far as attending to the customers. Your waiter no matter how crowdedwill always come back to check on you which is a plus. I pretty much order the same meal all the time buts funny how different ihops make ut different and i love the way there chef prepAres it. read more

The rudeness of the waitress drove us away. We were looking forward to an IHOP Sunday morning brunch. We called in to ask how much people are in line for tables. This waitress Natalie, told us its a 10-15 minute wait. We asked if it is ok to have us in queue already. She rudely answered "not unless you are important, we dont accept reservations, and I dont think you're important". We were so turned off by her answer and decided to find another place instead. read more

Ok so I have to say this and I'm not being dramatic, this ihop is the best ihop in New York!! Hands down! From the hostess to the waitress and manager these ppl are the happiest workers I have ever seen in a restaurant they give you an amazing experience with amazing food! I just love coming here. Everyone we go there for breakfast we leave questioning ourselves how do they do it?! How are they so polite and happy to every single person. I want to say thank you your amazing work. read more

Alwayyyyyyyyys packed! I mean, it's like they're giving something away for free. I recommend coming early. Anyway, like any IHOP, the food is good. it can be a bit pricey ($2.50 for a cup of Joe?!) but it is good. The service was bad. I had to get up looking for my waiter for my check because dude was MIA for good 20 minutes. Like I said, come early and AVOID WEEKENDS. read more

Service is great food is always on point. My fav breakfast spot luv ihop !!!! Miss the old staff though.... read more

I went to IHOP cause I was hungry for pancakes and got seated fast. That's the only good thing I can say about the service Food took too long to arrive Waitress goes M I.A when we need something Food not hot when we got it Dirty I'm done here read more

If you have a baby, you cannot bring the baby in the stroller in this place... Like really? What if the baby is a couple months old? You have to carry them the whole time you eat... No thank you... The stupidest rule I have ever heard of is that. NO STROLLERS ALLOWED read more

Nice place for fluffy pancakes...if you can get a seat. It's always crowded and slow moving. They are basic and nothing special.

Customer service was excellent. Food was delicious and I was surprised that we got seats right away for 9am on a Saturday.. read more

I was willing to overlook the fact that I had to go into the restaurant anyway even though we ordered curbside pickup. After being told our order would be ready at 130 waited on line for over 30 mins in a crowded area where social distancing was not even a thought. Don't go there during this time unless you are ok with risking your health. read more

if i could give 0 stars i would. went yesterday with some friends and had the worst dining experience ever. the place was empty except us and we still had to wait 20 minutes to get our orders taken. my lemon iced tea tasted like dirty sink water. the chicken we received with our pancakes was undercooked and when we were given more chicken in its place, it was still raw and bloody. then we had to wait for over an hour to get our receipts after complaining about the chicken and we tried to get charged more for just the pancakes than for our chicken and pancakes meal. had to speak to the manager who finally just made us pay for our drinks. will never be eating at this ihop or possibly any ihop ever again. read more

The hostess is horrible! She has no right working in customer service. Nasty and eye rolling! All we wanted was a different table. She said the station was closed, but 2 minutes later she sat someone else there.Teach her to smile even if she isn't in the mood! Our waiter was great. read more

This IHOP is my favorite location, food is always good and the service is great. Miss Joan is the sweetest waitress, my family and I ask for her specifically whenever we visit. I was there for 30 minutes before someone came to take my order. People that came after me got their food before me . Then we get our food and it was nasty it was just a waste of my time and hungrier pains NEVER AGAIN AND NOT ONLY THAT MY GLASS WAS DIRTY read more

Wonderful time the waitress named Demesha was very nice, and prompt with our order. I haven't been to this IHOP since the late 1970's as I used to go there while on patrol as a Police Officer! After changing my job assignment to NYC and Newark New Jersey I was unable to go there. I really missed going here! The pancakes were Fantastic and the Coffee was Great! read more

The service was okay, and that was only because it was busy. Our server Cristina was nice as she usually is. However I didn't like the fact that when we went to close out our bill, the lady who I assume is the supervisor was a couple of things: 1) Unprofessional, because she was hostile not only towards Cristina but to me as well. 2) Told me to wait because she didn't want to honor my survey code, that my server told me to fill out so that I would able to get free pancakes. She told her she wasn't going to change the bill, so she can go to Robert who I am assuming is the manager to handle the issue. Unfortunately Robert was at lunch and couldn't come out but he did rely a message to Cristina to tell the supervisor of which she didn't like what was said. Overall the lady was being difficult and when I explained to her that she should've handled that situation differently and not conduct herself in that manner if front of the customer she rolled her eyes and slammed the register draw. Definitely won't be returning to that location, the pancakes aren't that great! read more

Can you really mess up breakfast items? Yes. Our waitress was very sweet, but she got our orders completely mixed up. There were 4 of us, so that's a lot to get wrong. But we understood why, that place was packed and had a line waiting to get in. All the workers were going back and forth so much i felt bad. The food was so fresh and HOT, omg i had to wait a few minutes before eating. everything looked to be fresh off the grill. read more

It's IHOP right? Not that hard to get it right? Wrong! We were seated quickly my husband and our kids. The table was extremely tight. It was so cold in the restaurant that we all kept on out coats. We waited a while for our food to arrive but everyone around us got their food and was seated after us? We didn't order steak... It's Ihop?? When our food arrived we had to beg for utensils?? My sons order was wrong and my waffle was not cooked? After waiting 7 minutes and then having to go find the waitress The order was remade. After another wait i started to eat my eggs and sausage and realized my drink never came. So I sat thirsty waiting for her to return again ....... My drink arrived with things floating in it? I started to think I was being punked?? I was over it all and the. The cashier was less than nice?? I have been to this IHOP a number of times. Usually with the morning staff I don't know what the hell was wrong tonight but I will not be returning again.. read more

Despite what others have said about the wait time being slow i am pleased to say that this was not the case with me. We got to our seats right away and i was surprised to see the server with our food a few minutes after we placed the order. The server came by twice to ask us if we needed anything else, overall we got great service and fast. read more

I love waffles, I love french toast, and I LOVEEEEE IHOP but the lines...omg. The wait makes you wonder if somehow you got lost in a wrinkle in time, suddenly sprouted white hairs and had grandchildren. Don't come here if you're in a hurry to get anywhere. Sundays, it's packed from churchgoers. What a madhouse!!! read more

I normally order takeout on Fridays but from another location. Since I was shopping in the area, I figured I'd save myself time and order from this location. I called ahead and specifically told the girl (twice) that was taking my order that I did not want tomatoes on my omelette. I said it twice. Since I thought I was clear and considering the travel distance, I felt no need to check my food before I left. Once I arrived home, lo and behold, what do I see? A mountain of tomatoes smothering my omelette. I have an allergic reaction to tomatoes, so my food was ruined. I tried scraping the tomatoes off but when I cut into it and took a bite, the cold taste was there AND there were some tomatoes inside. I'm too far to return and I most certainly am not going to save it to take back another day. So I'll just call that $17 a loss and a lesson to be learned. At least my harvest nut pancakes were correct. I'm not discouraged though because I love my steak omelette. read more

IHOP - My big steak omelette with unwanted tomatoes. - Breakfast & Brunch Near Me - Bronx, New York

The service was okay. The food was good. I just think they try to put one server in charge of too many tables at once but that just management issues, the service however was good given how packed the place was, and it was fast. I just didn't like we were basically kicked out...My check was brought to me without asking if I would be wanting anything else, I know they're trying to get people in and out as fast as possible but, they could be a bit more classy about it read more

The staff is nice and it does get crowded especially in the weekends. My daughter likes it here because of the make a face pancake. It is definitely kid friendly. read more

This IHOP always has long lines and there are never any parking even though they have a parking lot. It's a small place not as big as you'd think. The food taste greasy and buttered up, it's okay but i've had better. The people there are nice but food sometimes can take long to wait. Check it out one day and see what i mean. read more

This place should be ashamed of itself. Had breakfast there this morning and it was horrible and way overpriced. My only explanation can be is because this is in the Bronx they owner thinks he can overcharge for horrible food. My stack of pancakes crumbled and were not edible and when i said something to the person with me they answered "they fell apart because you put syrup on them". Well after some research I now know that the pancake batter was probably "old" and got a bit thick so they thinned it with water, could be one of the reasons the pancakes were a fail. My three pieces of turkey bacon had the consistency of a bad "beef jerky" chewy and rubbery like it was microwaved or something. Way overpriced, of very low quality and you would do much better at your local diner. read more

This place is horrible!! The service sucks! The managerial staff sucks! And to top it off, my to go food came home with a nasty ihop family member. The one in Pelham is smaller, wait maybe longer during the weekend but definitely BETTER!! read more

I see that other people are complaining that they have had long waits when they went there but I cannot say the same, at first I thought that I had the wrong Ihop but no it was the right one. I mean pretty much every Ihop is the same food wise so there is really no need in my opinion to make a comment on that one. The one thing though that I love about this Ihop is that everything is fast here you get seated quickly and they always serve you just as fast. I hate to wait for food so this is definitely a huge bonus for them and keeps me coming back time and time again. read more

The is the best Ihop by far! I've been to several, and this is my favorite location. The inside is clean, spacious, and the food is always perfect. I would give it 5 stars, but the staff needs to be friendly and courteous. Its always hard to track down our server whenever we visit. read more

I ended up having the repeat my order 3 times and I got my food last while everyone else was halfway done. Avoid at all costs.
