hello good evening my 13 year old daughter whom walked into a Burger King (which I frequently spend my money) simply to request a spoon was rudely & starkly asked for a receipt. Now I understand your employee Nora may have been having a long day but no courtesy or manners was extended to my young child I also understand policy as well but as a customer I wouldnt expect an employee to lose all decorum over something as minor as a spoon. for her to be as strict as she was over this policy. she seemed to have someone underage in the back maybe her child or someone working they werent wearing a name tag. Young man under 18 has a really rude attitude and refuses to help anyone when ordering. This had me figure out the pay yourself screen. Has bad attitude, never says THANK YOU OR YOUR WELCOME, when issuing change gives you many dollar bills dimes and other rude attitude when giving out change and he has big bills and coins in his register tray. Someone is going to react rudely back not knowing he under 18. The manager even came over to see the issues with this cashier and did nothing. The remainder of the staff doesn't speak English and after 3 visits using this young kid I refuse to go back, I also observed these employees treating most customers in the same manner. This place gets me tight every time which is why I avoid it at all costs. I like my sauces, as do most. I'm also absolutely fine paying for sauces- even though I think as a corporation they can afford to give sauces away without charge, but I digress. There is no option to add additional sauces- but when I ask for them or one more extra, the workers absolutely won't budge and are quite frankly rude about it. I also paid extra money to customize my burger and none of the customizations were even done to it. I ordered two bacon cheeseburgers tonight Sept 19 at Burger King New Rochelle. I was enticed Into making the order because of a flyer mailed to me with discounts. Well when I got home the wrappers said bacon cheeseburger but the contents as the photos show had NO bacon. To bad I was not eating in the BurgerKing restaurant so I could have complained there. During this time of Covid meal delivery is very important. This Burger King has yet to get my order correct! Something is always missing or is the wrong item. Once it was Whopper Jr's when I ordered Whoppers. Another time it was regular Coke that was supposed to be Frozen Coke. Then a drink was missing from the 4 pack of drinks I ordered. I would give this 0 stars if possible. This is supposed to be fast food... the servers took 10 minutes to take my order even though there was no line and then another 25 minutes to prepare two chicken sandwiches... it is a premade chicken burger on a bun...that is all. I'm sorry the other reviewer had a bad experience because I have been going almost weekly since the store opened and found the staff hard working and very personable. Also, it's a very clean environment- they really stay on top of that. For fast food, they are together. And- I much prefer Burger King food over MacDonald's so am extremely happy to have it in town now. read more

i was in new rochelle for more then a minute and decided to visit the local burger king and try the new no meat whopper even though i gave up on the king as the flame broiled burgers are no longer made on site but made elsewhere and then frozen . ok i will give it a try and i must give good marks for the stylish modern interior decor with the fancy tables and lounge type seating . ok typical bk menu and the no meat whopper with onion rings and diet coke is the pick. the service is ok and wait for food is not that bad . ok rings are on the low number range as i only had 7 in the bag and as for the no meat whopper i can honestly say it was ok as i kept an open mind thinking like it was a regular whopper. just keep in mind the fat content is low but the sodium is kinda high so keep that in mind. its bk so i know what i am getting whenever i order .
