Went here for the 1st time at this location on Wednesday November 26th 2025 with my parents. We were here because we needed a quick breakfast before our busy day visiting in NY. This was about 5 minutes away from the hotel we were staying at- Hotel Noma. Now one should know what Mcdonalds serves- anything from hamburgers to chicken sandwiches and nuggets, and they also serve breakfast like mcgriddles, and various wraps and sandwiches. This location is open 24 hours. This location has ample parking, and we were able to find a spot right away. Walked in. Cashier was friendly and helpful. Only thing is that he did suggest to us to use the computer mobile screens for ordering since they have pictures, and we were unsure of what we wanted. Me- i'm fine with that-- but my dad can struggle with those machines sometimes. But, we were able to figure out what to order based upon the photos.The cashier also spent time and helped us with the machine if we had any problems. Which was useful. I got a medium coffee with McGriddles (which are pancakes!) My mom and Dad got a combo with a sandwich and small coffee. in total we spent $27.00. We paid via a credit card. We ate our breakfast at a table. Oh, and side note- most of the tables were dirty with crumbs on them and fries on the floor. Now we were able to find a clean one and sit comfortably but still. We did notice that same cashier trying to clean as well. We all enjoyed our coffee and food. I enjoyed my pancakes especially, and my coffee. Fast food is the name of the game but at least 5 times I have sat at the drive thru speaker for about 10 minutes before someone takes the order. This location, like many McDonald's, is hit or miss. I have been here before and my order has been absolutely flawless and I have been here before and my order has been completely wrong. However this is a 24 hour McDonald's which is awesome for late night cravings, and the lines are normally not too bad. I have never had a bad experience with the customer service here, the cashiers Are very nice and helpful. I normally only go through the drive-through for this location but I have been inside before and it really is clean. $15 an hour for what? Rewarding those who are lazy and inept for an entry level/part time job is ridiculous. Rewarding those who can't even get a simple pre-made food order correct is beyond ridiculous. Well they have all three of those types here and then some. I can't call McDonald's employees "burger flippers" since there would have to be a grill to flip burgers on in the first place - so maybe...button pushers? Anyway. So it was that time of the year again where I decided to punish my stomach and intestines, so I came here after the breakfast menu. The breakfast for McDonald's is one of the only things they do correctly and they should really leave the option open for the entire day - but I guess their soon to be making $15 an hour for doing barely $5 an hour work is too much for them. The breakfast time service here is blah. They're slow and seem to care more about the drive thru than people standing at the counter just waiting for a sign of life from an employee here. The breakfast itself is ok and if you know McDonald's breakfast, you should know what to expect. During the rest of the day, it's worse than blah here. If you come in here between noon and 2, it's a madhouse with not enough room for people to wait in the slow line. I've never been in here other than 6am or about 1pm, so I have no idea how the rest of the day goes. Just going in today to give myself a stomach ache for later, I noticed two registers open and a bunch of talkative employees in the back dressing up the "burgers" and pushing their buttons. One swept so slow that I thought I was watching her on tape with the slow button pushed. But she gabbed a mile a minute to her coworkers however. I ordered a simple sirloin burger, fries, and a drink. The sirloin burgers are just another in line of false McDonald's advertizing and burgers that look and taste nothing like the commercials or the posters. I ordered the bacon and cheese version of this because I really didn't want one of their usual burgers. I ordered take out since I refuse to sit in that zoo of a location. Sounds simple enough, right? Well there was no bacon in my burger. None of the tabs were pulled and the cashier I guess it was too much for her to check. I guess it was too much for the soon to be $15 an hour employees to pull a tab of a "burger" they just dressed as well. I was able to eat it, though it wasn't what I paid for. The fries bordered on microwave quality. Usually McDonald's is on point with their fries - I mean they're known for their great fries. I just can't understand how employees apparently worth $15 an hour are able to actually mess up fries. But yeah, they tasted off. I expect their "burgers" to taste off, but their fries are usually dependable - but sadly they can't even do that one right anymore. If you want ketchup, do not leave until you check the bag yourself. Even if you tell them multiple times about ketchup, they have a problem remembering that minor detail. The parking lot is messy and busy. They need to repave it. Cars come in and out of here a lot and some of them are fast. So all in all, it's McDonald's. Like just about every McDonald's out there, this one has employees not worth $15 an hour who can't even get simplicity correct. Then again, most McDonald's have that problem anyway. But be warned, this location is pretty bad. Their excuse for food is what it is. Don't come here expecting a cuisine - it's simple fast food that's just not good for you aside from an occasional guilty pleasure. If you come here, expect even their excuse for food to be even more sub-par than usual except for the breakfast which isn't terrible. I only come to McDonald's once to maybe twice a year. I'll probably make sure it's only once from now on and I'll make sure it's never when it pertains to this location.........even for breakfast. read more

Service: The front end manager does not care of the line inside. She is more focused on the pick up and drive thru. Mind you I was standing there for 10mins clueless what time will I be served. As far as McDonald's go this one tends to be always on point and when I've had an issue they've always taken care of me. The managers are mostly grown Latina women who work fast and efficiently. Compared to MCD's in the Bronx this place is elegance lol. Never had a major issue though and unlike the other poster complaining about traditional Mexican music playing in the kitchen I as a white man do NoT have an issue with that and only a total bigot would take issue (they only listen during the overnight hours anyway so get over it) Some of the younger people working there (teens) are exactly what you'd expect from a teenager but the grown ups here work hard and are polite and that's what matters read more

This McDonald's is honestly the worst. It sucks because it's the one closest to my house. Every time I go I am thoroughly disappointed. For starters, their soda is ALWAYS flat. When I say flat I mean maybe 5% carbonated at best. One of my favorite things is a nice bubbly fresh fountain soda and I've never gotten anything even close at this McDonald's. I don't think they bother carbonating their drinks at all and it is the worst! Next, I love hot salty crispy fries. McDonald's is supposed to be known for these fries. At this location all I've ever been given is mushy cold under salted fries. It's like they make all their food for the day at 6 am and you just get cold leftovers when you order. I've never gotten hot fries here. Their drive thru service is incredibly slow. Numerous times I see cars backed up into the street. However even when there's only one car ahead of me, I've been forced to wait 10 minutes for my food. Lastly, I've received rude service here. Once I ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals for my kids and I asked the lady to add sweet and sour sauce and bbq sauce. I saw she never added the sweet and sour so I asked her to add it. She looked me in my face and told me it was in there, I checked and said it was not. At this point the lady made me hand her the box back so she could check herself (with no gloves, touching my kids food, during covid!). When she saw there was no sweet and sour she begrudgingly gave me one but at this point she touched my food with bare hands and due to concerns I didn't even want to take back the meal. Bad service. Poor attitude from employees even before you ask for your order. Management will step in but not fix issues. Last time we went, the cashier told me that the #10 wasn't a meal because she was pressing the button but only the sandwich was coming up. I told her that the #10 was on the board, pointed at it, and told her I get it all the time. She stared at me blankly. Then I asked for a manager who came over and pressed the button for the meal. I asked for 2 extra hashbrowns, and was told I can't do that, the meal comes with one. Again, I asked for the manager. Hashbrowns are very greasy, Either they are in the oil too long, the oil isn't hot emough, or they aren't allowed to drain. This must be a sign from above to stop eating fast food. Terrible terrible terrible customer service! Coming home on a cold icy night I ordered 2 hot mochas for me and my wife. This location has gotten plenty of orders wrong but I figured it's just drinks how can you mess that up. Upon getting home and relaxing I found that the mochas were in fact regular coffees. Finding a parking spot was hard enough so I decided to walk back in the cold. After explaining my situation they refused to compensate my time walking.
