The cashier (Ananda) literally told every person of color that it's was a 30min wait. When we said that's fine, she presented an attitude as if we were an inconvenience. We noticed when people of her nationality and those of a lighter hue came in, they received their order right way. Customers who came in after us got their order right away. When questioned about it she said the person requested to get the order right away. This is not true as we were sitting right next to the checkout and heard the entire conversation. I would not recommend visiting this location in particular. This type of discrimination needs to be reported to management. read more

Me and the wifi went to eat here for dinner. The staff was amazing. They greeted us with open arms and were very helpful. They were even very hospitable when we were leaving. We order the bacon double and the single cheeseburger. Fries and brussel sprouts were are sides . Everything was as expected. Awesome and cooked to perfection. He's intentional with the interaction. He is personable and will ask you how things have been. He has great hospitality skills. He also understands the skill of being balanced. His interactions with his coworkers indicate he is a kind and empathetic person. He's knowledgeable about the items on the menu. I'm looking forward to trying the food. I was on the fence, but saw that Smashburger had onion sticks, which looked really good. It was a drive, but what the hey! Upon arrival, I found a simple restaurant, which appeared clean and unassuming. There are a couple of televisions mounted high, but otherwise basic. The young lady behind the counter helped me right away. I ordered a single and double smash with the onion sticks and tots, just to try something different. I was informed by the host that they had discontinued the sticks and and replaced them with rings. I was really kind of bummed about that, but okay. The burgers came out shortly, so I made the trek home to have lunch with my wife. The burger itself was meaty & cheesy goodness. I though it was really pretty good. I think that I would have enjoyed a little more Lettuce, Tomato & Onion, but it was still a pleasing, hearty burger. The onion rings and tots were just average. This location was a real trek for me, so while I probably wouldn't travel that distance for a Smashburger, I would definitely stop by a location that was more convenient. I tried out their Colorado Crispy chicken, a peanut butter shake, and large smash fries. Service is pretty absent minded as I had to ask the lady three times before she actually gave me some Smash sauce to go with my fries. The shake was quite delicious and more filling than I thought it would be. The Colorado crispy chicken was just okay; their normal burgers are better. And the large smash fries were average. Overall, it cost $23.14 for all of this so you'll get the same quality of food at another burger chain for half the price. read more

First time Smashburger enjoyer! More complex menu items made service a little slower (15-20 min) but it was spacious and not too crowded on this early weekday afternoon. Double smoked brisket bacon burger + mushrooms (yes I splurged) with rosemary smash tots absolutely hit the spot: we're talking silent chewing and staring off into the distance kind of meal here. Brisket was surprisingly juicy for a fast food joint, with the burger itself cooked to perfection and dripping with bacon fat. Every time we come to this location (at least once a month - we really only go here bc it's the only Smashburger near us) there is always something wrong, whether it be; no ice, no drinks, long wait times, ran out of a specific ingredient, etc.... Staff always is rude, full of attitude and too busy gossiping with each other to really even focus on the customers. This time it had us waiting almost 10 minutes to order, then told there is a 20 minute wait, they're only doing Togo orders, no dine in allowed, and they "ran out of ice cream". (They always seem to be out of ice cream?) All I'm saying is, staff (bunch of younger looking people, probably kids) seemed more concerned with their gossip sessions and whatever movie/videos they were watching on their phones to give the customers in there with us any real sense of hospitality. I had the same experience no one at register waited 5 minutes when asked if someone was available was told trying to get orders out so we left to Waba Grill next store no issues there on customer service. The sketchiest Smashburger I've ever seen! When we approached the door I told my wife I think they're out of business. Then I saw a hand written note on the door that read "no ice and no beverages" ok fine. We went in to a completely void of customers and filthy restaurant. Some brain dead girl working the front counter couldn't even assist me to find the turkey burger on the overhead menu. Ordered online last night and this place is a mess. I ordered 2 burgers, 2 fries, 2 refreshers, and a shake. When I go to pick up my order, I noticed I was given 2 shakes and a cup for the refresher instead of 1 shake and 2 cups for the refreshers. I stand there waiting a good while before the girl finally comes back and says "is there anything else you need?". When I told her the drinks were actually 2 refreshers and one shake, she was like "oh. lowkey I would've just taken the shake". I didn't want the extra shake.. I already had one.. I wanted the 2nd refresher I ordered.. After waiting to get the worker's attention and also waiting for her to refill the refreshers, I just wanted to hurry and get home. That was a mistake. I get home and my mom notices one of our burgers is missing. I'm definitely annoyed at this point because not only is this location clearly terrible at reading receipts correctly, they even fail to let you know when they're out of an item and if you'd like to replace it with something else the first time around. I didn't want to have to drive all the way back and waste my gas on a missing burger so I tried calling the store. I called 7 times and nobody ever picked up. I decided to leave feedback in the app which I did 3 times and no response or any sort of follow up. The number that texts you that your order is ready asked about my order accuracy and as soon as I mentioned missing items, it stopped replying. I tried calling customer service but was after hours. I even submitted a complaint online to which I'm not sure I'll get a response. When it finally became apparent that I wasn't getting through to customer service anytime soon for a refund, I decided to make the drive back because a $10 burger is too much to not try all possible options to get the issue resolved. This is where I give this place at least a second star. When I came back, another girl greeted me and asked if I was picking up an order. I explained that I was there earlier and was missing a burger. She asked which one and when I told her it was the mac and cheese burger, she said they were out and asked which one I would like instead. Well that would've been nice to know the first time around instead of having to waste gas. This girl was kind and helpful, she made me a different burger hassle free. This location is totally disgusting now!! Visited for the first time in awhile. I couldn't believe the horrible service the staff gave or the uncleanliness of the store. There was food on the floor, tables weren't cleaned up, and they were all too busy chatting AND eating in the kitchen to do anything about either. There was someone actually eating while preparing the food and the person who finally decided to come to the front to see what myself and a gentleman needed (after we stood there for quite some time) maybe sure to get a mouthful of fries first!!! We ordered two double meat burgers one with cheese one without. Then we had gotten a plain double meat. ALL burger patties were crispy burnt along with the cheese. Even the non cheese had burned cheese! We ordered these to go so by the time we got home 4 miles away. My burger was soggy from lettuce and tomatoes. The burgers were smooshed too. The only thing good was the fries. It's a shame I was trying to have my visiting brother try a good burger. This was a terrible burger! So sad I wish there was consistency through these restaurants. I used Uber eats to try this place for the first time. I ordered the colorado burger with onion rings and my husband ordered the bacon double burger with tots. It was terrible, all of it. I hate to be the one to leave a bad review but we paid $50 and couldn't even finish it because it was HEAVILY salted.
