Then we were given soggy fries, burgers that looked like they came from frozen patties (who knows how long they've been frozen for), and the condiments/tomatoes/lettuce, etc were given separately all in a box! They had you customize it on the online order and couldn't even bother to put the sandwiches together! Not to mention they didn't give enough tomatoes for more than a slice for each burger.. and it was shredded lettuce (the stuff you buy in at grocery store in the bag). Good luck treating customers like that. Salt, pepper and Splenda are a small cost to losing a repeat customer.
