They didn't have the order ready when we got there.. they didn't even start making them yet! The staff looked like they didn't want to make the burgers at all! Then we were given soggy fries, burgers that looked like they came from frozen patties (who knows how long they've been frozen for), and the condiments/tomatoes/lettuce, etc were given separately all in a box! They had you customize it on the online order and couldn't even bother to put the sandwiches together! Not to mention they didn't give enough tomatoes for more than a slice for each burger.. and it was shredded lettuce (the stuff you buy in at grocery store in the bag). The burgers tasted horrible - quality was worse than Whataburger and McDonalds. Do yourself a favor and just order from the fast food chains.. you'll probably get better burgers for half the price!
