Tailor my stylist was friendly but she did the worst cut ever. It's very uneven and the cut is not what I wanted

Loved Taylor (stylist) and the manager (didn't catch her name). Great cut, great advice, super nice and helpful!

I have had at least three different stylist's cut my hair, and they all have come out great! It is in the Empire mall, and is open late.

She should be working in a factory. Let me first out to say that my mother has greys just like anyone else. So she wants to look good for Christmas. We do not make a substantial amount of money so we decided to all pull some money together to get our mother a vibrant uplift. Highlights, low lights, and some red tint. Nothing out of the ordinary. When I tell you, that there were PATCHES of grey, I am not joking. There were greys left that the stylist saw and instead of saying," I'm so sorry I think I missed some areas, let me fix that!" She tried to part my mothers hair so that it would not be visible. Not only that but when she said she was "finished" we looked visibly upset. Her hair had turned out to be a calico colored grey chunky mess. We leave and make it to the center of the mall before I realize I need an itemized receipt to bring to the attention of a manager for my call and walk back. When I tell you I get to the counter and am there for five minutes hearing this "stylist" insult my mother, my sister, myself, defend her shoddy work all to her coworkers, I whipped out my video camera. I recorded THE WHOLE THING. Then when one of her coworkers noticed I was back she points and goes," They are right behind you." She puts on a joking face and says, " Oh hey hun how..." Let me stop you. I heard everything. I've recorded everything. I've sent corporate an email already with photos and videos of your "work" and "behavior". I need an itemized receipt and I get one. Not only that but we had to then pay 150+....so obviously we call back to talk to the manager....Manager will NOT refund us so that we can go to another salon that has quoted us 120.00 JUST TO FIX WHAT THEY CALLED AN "ABSOLUTE TRAVESTY." Yeah...but does offer us to come in on 12-18-2020 to get it fixed because she will cancel her appointments to fix it. We get there, mind you I take off work to get this done, and we get there to her saying," We cant do it today unfortunately this other client needs her hair done before Christmas." That is great and all BUT YOU BUTCHERED MY MOMS HAIR RIGHT BEFORE!! Anyways she reschedules us for today at 12-19-2020. Thankfully her manager is there and I am praying to the lord above that this woman can help us because whoever this woman is that did my moms hair is just the absolute worst. Deserves coal. Naughty list for at least a year. To the other hair dressers that met us the other day, thank you for telling us that she was in the wrong and that she is on her way out. Really made me happy knowing that justice is coming. To the lady that ruined my moms hair and then basically talked bad about us, that we have video of, I hope you can explain it to corporate because I do not care about your false apology. Rude. Very Rude. Unprofessional. Do not recommend. On the upside, we have contacted Spa 2000 and they will be doing our hair from now on. Absolutely awful experience.
