They graciously accepted my request and scheduled an appointment for me. My stylist was skilled and friendly. The cut, color, and highlights were satisfactory. I would not make this my "regular" salon, but it worked well for the purpose and predicament. The salon atmosphere was a bit cramped, but nice, and clean, which is always something I really appreciate.

Hey Mike! I…read moreaccompanied the husband this morning looking to get him a spectacular haircut outside the standard sports clips- and let me tell you, WE FOUND IT! With roughly 40 years of experience and a steady hand, my husband walked out of a haircut feeling confident and refreshed for the first time. You work like an artist. I'm digging the well kept and clean shop right on Minnesota ave with comfortable furniture and you have good insight on the different ways to manage a more high maintenance haircut. I'm happy we met and I'll send the dude back every 2-3 weeks. I doubt, with the laid back conversation and clean shave (with a super cool straight razor!!!) he won't need coaxing. Amy L

I received the worst haircut and experience of my life from here! I got a groupon from stylist and…read moretook months for me to schedule with her. I called and called and called and she never answered my calls or returned them. It wasnt until after a few times of contacting the salon directly did I get any response out of her. After I scheduled (she did honor the groupon even though at this point it had expired) she canceled on me the morning of and i had to reschedule. When I finally DID get my haircut she cut off about 3 inches more than what I asked for and did not give me the style I requested (I showed her multiple photos and described the cut a dozen times.) even after I asked her to restyle it. There is a huge chunk of hair cut out of the right side and everything is uneven. I am forced to wear it curly everyday to hide the bad cut. Its too bad I got this stylist. Im sure Eclips has other stylist that would have been much better, but since I had such a terrible experience I would never go back and neither would my friends and family. If this is the employees they hire, I woudn't take a chance on it.

But that is still what happened at this salon. The stylist ran her fingers through, broke up, stretched out then cut every curl I had tried so hard to keep perfect throughout my work day for this appointment. She cut my hair like it was straight and now I'm left with a shorter than chin length mess. I am SO upset, embarrassed, self conscious, and sad with what I have now that I just want to crawl under a rock until my curls grow back :'-(
