Great place I checked in online and when I got there i was taken straight in. Was very clean and the staff was very nice.

I've been going to see Emilie for my monthly color and cut for years now. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I heard about Paige through one of her clients and she convinced me to book an appointment. PAIGE DID NOT DISAPPOINT!!! She took her time to consult me and make sure I got exactly what I was looking for & she gave me exactly what I thought was impossible to explain to anyone new! BOOK AN APPOINTMENT WITH PAIGE ASAP!!!!!

I was looking to get the remaining red undertones lifted out of my hair, to maintain a shade that…read morewas a bit lighter than my natural color (brown), and I was very clear that I did NOT want distinct / chunky blonde highlights. In summary: less red, closer to blonde than my natural hair color is, and NOT chunky highlights. I've included a photo of my hair color before for reference. The stylist I saw was so lovely and friendly! She did a very good job lifting out the red with color remover, leaving it pretty light, and then dyed it back to a base brown color. These highlights did not come out very well at all. My total for this appointment was $215, and I do not feel that the outcome reflects this cost. These pictures are from a day after the appointment. I contacted the store with the same pictures and expressed my concerns and the owner responded to me very quickly (within an hour or so!). She then told me that she spoke with the (again, very lovely) stylist. I do think it is important to note that this stylist was remedying a similar highlight situation on a different client at the same time as my appointment. The owner offered me the solution to either also remedy with the same stylist, or to pay full price to see a different stylist. I am a little worried to see the same stylist (NOT because of her personality or anything, but because of this outcome, which appears to have also happened to another lady very recently), but I cannot afford to pay this price again. The owner was not willing to entertain a partial refund, remedy with an alternate stylist at a reduced cost, or store credit towards a future service. The owner was very quick to respond which I did appreciate and the stylist was so nice. I will update this review if I do end up having a different outcome, but just wanted to share my experience, and I feel a little embarrassed to be wearing this hair color situation out in public! Yikes! Hope it all works out for my hair.

I had long layers. I came here as I read the reviews. My hair needed a trim... I moved and it was…read moreoverdue. When I got there, Jung was pleasant. Seem nice. Very chatty. She asked lots of personal questions, not about hair.. about income, everything about my partner, my family ... It felt too personal to share on a first virit. I said three things with my hair. 3 If she did not understand she should have asked me to explain more. 1 I asked for 2 inches off. I could not understand until I was home she took off three. 2 I asked for it to be even in the back with "no shelf". That mean no big horizontal lines into the back of my hair... I had my hand flat to the back of my head and said this... no shelf cut into the back. She sis not listen. I have waves in the back.. and when cuts are put into the back.. when it does not softly blend with the ends I am left with a mess. 3. I asked for it to be softly blended layers. I don't care if it was cut in a u or a straight line this is not softly blended. This is not soft blended ... Please see pictures. A picture is worth 1000 words. My hair was anything but what I asked for. If she did not know,.. she could have asked me for clarity or just done a modest trim. . I can't go back to her to fix this. I do not trust her. If they got three things wrong how can I trust more????? I am left with a bell shape/ a triangle jagged haircut. it is way wider on the bottom. Jagged cuts does not work with my fine... but dense slightly wavy hair. Also she was very pushy and kept taking pictures of me. I asked her to stop 4 times. I don't care if it was just for her phone, my hair was wet and I did not want my picture taken! She still took 4 or 5 pictures! Even with me telling her stop.. She did not need a face picture to remember me! I sent her one before I came. That completely disrespectful! How sad. Do not take even one picture if your client says no. No means no. Not sure what was lost in translation.
