I booked a pedicure with Wendy after making sure that the salon was doing its best to protect clients against COVID, and I was not disappointed! There was no one around me during check in or during my pedicure, in which I was off to a side room with just Wendy and myself. Wendy is so sweet and fun to chat with, and the pedicure itself was great! She used great quality products for callous removal and had a nice selection of nail polish colors to choose from. I was referred to Wendy A. as a great person to have a pedicure done. It had been at least two years since my last pedicure, when I spoke to Wendy while booking this appointment I let her know I'm a Type 2 diabetic and I really don't need to be nipped around my cuticles (causing bleeding) during a pedicure. She assured me this would not be the case. She was very welcoming and personable the day I arrived, putting me at ease and gave me a greatest pedicure. Jenny is the absolutely the best hair stylist in Roanoke. For years I had searched for a stylist that took the time to understand what I really wanted, who did not rush through the appointment, and somebody that did excellent cut and color. When I found Jenny two years ago I stopped looking. She absolutely transforms my hair every time I see her, even if I have 6 or 7 months of growth. She has a beautiful salon and even served me homemade hibiscus lemonade and coffee during my visit. She really takes the time to do a wonderful job, and I am the only client in the salon so I know she is focused on me. I love Jenny's personality; she will really make you laugh!
