She is a good listener and understands exactly what i want, offers suggestions (if i ask for them), is very consistent with the cut(s) i like, and above all, is friendly, attentive and cheerful! Trim and color I was very nervous being it was the first time visiting Crown Studios. I was warmly greeted and Jordan Smith made me feel very confortable with her sunny personality. She gave me a beautiful hair cut and color. The prices were very reasonable. When I arrived home my husband loved my hair color and cut, and he is alway very critical. I had not had my hair done at all in over a year so I woke up yesterday morning and decided to call around to local salons to see if anyone was available for a partial highlight and cut which also means washing, drying and styling. Crown Studio was my first call and Heather S had an opening due to a cancellation! I have been to Crown before but the stylist i had used was no longer working at Crown. I wanted a specific cut and style to match what I had gotten done years prior So using a different stylist I hadn't worked with before I was worried it wouldn't come out as I expected. I was wrong! Heather S met ALL my expectations! She was so sweet, easy to converse with and overall a top notch hair stylist. I also have been struggling with dry scalp issues and dandruff / flaking due to the hard water at my home. It can be really embarrassing to talk about but I brought it up to Heather and she expressed that she deals with the same issues (we live within a few miles of each other so we both have hard water) when it was time to wash my hair Heather scrubbed and scrubbed my scalp. I have used numerous products to try to get the build up off my scalp to no avail. But Heather got ALL the patches off my scalp my scalp is SILKY smooth!! I have not had a smooth scalp in years. Heather gave me my confidence back. I am a mother of two young children and I just don't have time to work on myself but Heather brought my hair back to life and i am so grateful! I will definitely be going back to Heather S! I'll be posting the picture I showed Heather of what I wanted done and the picture I took right after i walked out of the salon and got in my car! This is the only place I go get my hair done anymore. Other places are good, but the ladies at Crown are excellent! They are timely with managing walk-ins/appointments and always make me feel welcome. My husband also goes here for his haircuts, and he's super picky when it comes to his hair. read more

Well I didnt like spending 45 mins in the salon for them not even to greet me or family . Was gonna have kid hair cuts and there were to busy to bother to be nice and say 1 min or say anything all we got was nasty looks. AMD the barber couldnt make time for a 2 min hair cut . Most horrible experience ever! Asked for blonde highlights and got grey. The girl obviously knew she screwed up. She put a yellow liquid in my hair and said to wait 20 more minutes. I found out later this was toner and she was trying to correct her mistake. The color was horrible but the cut was worse. I asked for long layers. I asked several times to just angle around my face. I got a butcher job. Some kind of shag with layers up to three inches from top. Completely uneven from front to back. Completely uneven from on side to the other. I left there dialing other places to get it fixed. Went to another salon in tears the next morning. Convinced it was too chopped up, too short, and too brown/grey to fix. Luckily I found a person with skill and talent who made it presentable so I could go out in public. Owner of Crown Studio avoided my calls for 5 days. When I finally spoke to her she said we don't give refunds. She said I should have gone back to the girl who destroyed my hair and had her fix it. She was obviously poorly trained and incapable. Hell would freeze over before she touched my hair again! Also, the girl was so preoccupied checking her texts every time her phone pinged that she did not care what she was doing. read more
