I have skin allergies and they had a number of oil options I could look through to make sure I used the one safe for me. The only thing is we asked for separate rooms but we ended up being placed in the same room. We also wish we had asked for female therapists only. Issac was professional but it was uncomfortable to have a man. - - - - Update response to owner's comment: We did not have a change of plans nor was there an issue of the person booking not sharing information. I made a point to talk to the booking individual before I wrote my review. We were never told that we would have male therapist. I'm glad to hear they usually ask, but in this case they did not, which is fine, we should have asked ourselves. I just wanted to give others a heads up to ask, there was nothing against him. Likewise, the person booking specifically asked to be in separate rooms, and she was told that was only possible if we went two at a time (our total party was four). There was no change in plans. However, once we got there we were in the same room. We did not mention it at that point because with having a male therapist we felt more comfortable being in the same room even if it felt like a couple's massage. Overall I had a great experience while there, which is why I gave an excellent 4 star reviews. However, I should share that before the owner replied to my review, I received a notification from Yelp that the owner flagged my review as being for the wrong place. I had a few days to respond to Yelp staff or my review was going to be removed. I responded in time, and the review stayed. As you can see the owner clearly knew us by name. I now wonder if the reason this business only has 5 star reviews (aside from mine) is because they try screening their reviews by falsely reporting them. Makes me wonder what else they may be hiding.

Service was inconsistent. I had one foot scrubbed but not the other. My friend had a nice scrub applied to her legs but it was never rinsed off. I had some oil applied to one leg but not the other. I received no leg scrub. I did get a nice hot towel on my legs, my friend received no such treatment. Her technician also applied no base coat to her toe nails. My polish was gloppy but my technician appeared to clean up stray polish around my toes. The technician working on my friend's feet did not clean anything up and looked as if her 8 year old daughter could have applied the polish. The atmosphere seemed very relaxing and the massage chairs were really comfortable. It just seemed the service was more like something I might get from someone just learning how to perform their duties.

The technician got my nails to the perfect length so that they didn't tear (a rarity) and the shellac is still perfect, a full 2 weeks later. Those 2 weeks included travel and theme park, so there was a LOT of hand washing, and not as much moisturizing as there should've been- the state of my nails is better than expected! My toenails are also still perfect, despite hours in saltwater, digging into sand, and no cuticle oil. I will definitely be returning here, and highly recommend it!
