I have never, ever left a salon with my hair darker than when I walked in, especially when I specifically asked for my hair to be brighter and more blonde. It's really frustrating spending $300 and then getting the exact opposite of what I was asking for. Especially since I will now have to spend even more in the LA area where I live to fix it.

I gave him the cool picture of myself with normal hair on the right as a reference and he gave me the total fail haircut with a giant patch removed as if he was considering to do an experiment in brain surgery after the hair patch removal. I basically have to wear a hat for three months while it grows back. I'm not sure what kind of joke that is , but I'm too old for it. I'd say running with scissors is one thing but cutting hair high on PCP is a worse idea. That's fully screwed up without any kind of rebate.
