I kept my hair short and didn't need a stylist of her caliber until recently when Wifey asked me to grow my hair out. So, I did but I didn't know what to do with it and it grew in unexpectedly curly! She said if I booked the last appointment that I would not have to. I booked for daughters hair appointment(for June 1, 2021)and she refused to allow us in without a mask even with exception. She said she never heard of an exception before. This was the worst experience ever. Taylor showed zero customer service. I'm also not sure if she was discriminating due to race. She is the one who told me to book last appointment and not have to wear a mask. She said since March 2021 rules are more strict. I told her that is not true. Mask rules have been eased since March. She said she was in fear of having her business shut down. I told her there are exceptions to mask and she is the one who told me it was OK when I booked. Very odd behavior by an owner of salon. She needs to be educated to not lie to customers.
