That's not just poor time management--it's unacceptable customer service. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. I'm not new to salons, and I understand delays happen. She dyed my hair and my roots turned out bright red and the rest of my hair a completely different shade of red. I texted her the next day because I could not ignore and it took her several days to get back to me. I ended up calling the salon since she didn't say anything for so long. She said "oh I was just texting you, come in next week." Alright. I came in the next week and she was supposed to touch up my roots since she messed them up, and redye my hair because half of it washed out in the shower. After she re-dyed my hair, my roots were still a completely different color than the rest of my hair. She used the same color on my roots as the rest of my hair and even I know you don't do that because it processes faster from the heat of your head. Fast forward I ended up telling her again how I am still unsatisfied with how she left my hair and weeks later still no response! She is not at all accountable for her mistakes and will mess up your hair and then ignore you. Very unprofessional, don't recommend.
