Mind you, my fiancée already felt immediately uncomfortable and judged the moment she walked in. I was on the phone with her the entire time. So you'd think that she got the haircut, right? Nope. Turns out, they thought she had left and wouldn't come back (which she did, very shortly after leaving briefly), so they scheduled over her. Without telling her. On top of that, the woman who told her this decided it would be appropriate to "get down to her level" by crouching. She is not a child. Considering my fiancée is very sweet and doesn't like confrontation, I decided to be the one that wrote this for her.
