RATS! Yikes! Gross! I rented a unit here for a couple of years and finally moved my items out and found everything covered with dirt, dust and rat droppings. Disgusting! A couple of my furniture items were damp and stained despite having been thoroughly covered. This is the chance you take when you store items in an outdoor unit too long. Still, there should have been no excuse for the rat issue. Moreover, the alleyway and corners between the units are too narrow. Getting larger U-hauls and moving trucks, therefore, will be nearly impossible to get through those corners. What a hassle and an inconvenience! Not good. Don't do it! Find another storage facility and, preferably, an indoor one that is temperature regulated and frequently checked by staff and exterminators. read more

Conner is the best man I have met in a long time. He made a horrible situation into a pleasant surprise. He is the reason I decided this is the right place. Everything worked exactly the way he explained and besides the inpatient rude women in the white car flipping me off when he stopped to introduce me to his pregnant and lovely wife and the gate closed. I feel perfectly safe and did not see rats or any droppings left by them. Just the lady in the white car. She was the only rat I saw. Great price and well insured equals peace of mind. I have rented a space for over one year. The first year the price was the same nothing change. When I signed the "renewed agreement" with them they increase $10 and I agreed with it (I signed the agreement on February 2021). Since June they were charging me an additional $12 to my bill. I called customer services and the only answer they gave me was that I got an increase in the rate. She said every 6 months they can increase the rates. I don't understand why if you sign an agreement, they just change the prices when they want. So why you don't do month-to-month rent if they won't respect the agreement we signed? read more

Rats, Rats, Rats!!! We were not notified that rats were found a few units away from our unit until we found an abundant amount of droppings and urine stains in our unit ruining most of our belongings that we were paying a high rent for. No one in the office, their insurance dept (Southern Pacific) or their corporate office cared as we were told it was not their problem. RENTERS BEWARE. Unless you want to pay good money for soon to be useless items - stay away from this company. read more

After moving in we realized part of the wall was broken where the unit was exposed to the outside. It took about 4 weeks for them to get the wall fixed. Customer service leaves something to be desired to say the least. They raised the monthly rate by $36.00 after 6 months. I will update my review if they raise the rates again after 6 months (2 months to go). Just checked on the storage unit a couple days ago and rat droppings all inside the unit. After talking to Connor, apparently this is an ongoing problem. Supposedly they will clean it up next week. I wish I would've checked the Yelp reviews before renting this storage unit. read more

i appreciate Connor the site manager, but as far as this company they are GREEDY. When I got my unit about 3 years ago the price was $179. It has gone up to a ridiculous price of $339. Why? The upkeep is minimal. To raise their prices from $179 to $349 is nothing but greed especially during the pandemic !! As soon as I get surgery on my hand (work injury) I will be out of this place. Beware ***Beware***Beware***Beware This is a Bait and Switch SCAM. The prices are very attractive and you do not need a credit card to reserve your storage. Great Right. This is how the scam works. When you go in to finalize your reservation. The storage is no longer available and they will try to sell you another storage at a higher price or a smaller storage at your original price. I even called prior to arriving and was assured everything was ready to go. The staff was professional and friendly. The facility was clean. Just be prepared to spend $40 to $80 over the Internet price. If I can give them zero stars I would. read more

Worst experience. Promised they had rodent control.....rats/mice ruined my carpets - hundreds of dollars in wool carpets. Droppings all over the container. Found larger and air conditioned unit for less!! All I got was a quick "sorry." read more
