Normally I vacuum my car out after so I would have seen right away however it was a busy errand day and when driving past they had no line so I took it as a sign to hop in since it was in great need of a wash to get off all the salt. One of the benefits usually with Jilly's is the attendants at the start will manually spray/mop the car down. So needless to say my poor car came out not looking like a shiny queen but dusty sad thing. I'm split on how to overall review this since normally I had a great experience however this one was not (especially since I upgraded and added an extra salt thing on top of that ...) therefore going with my gut and looking more independently at this visit alone.

Example, to get a well-rounded wash, it's roughly $20 when a membership with unlimited washes is $30 a month. Sure, you can get a basic $10 wash but if my $20 wash isn't always spotless I don't know how a $10 would fare.

Now to be fair, every car I've had in the past was tinted by tint boyz and it never bubbled,…read morechipped, streaked, etc. so I always felt comfortable with them and sent people to them. Now sometime in 2020 I was researching how one can tell they have carbon or metal-dyed tint. I knew they were using Suntek Films from their website. So out of curiosity I asked them what kind of tint they'd be using on my windows and the young man replied "HP for carbon" due to my car being newer. Keep this in mind: their website says they recommend, use, and charge an extra $10 for carbon tint; metal-dyed would be $179. Other shops in the area are charging between $300-350 for carbon tinting so I became even more suspicious. If you search around, you'll find that HP for Suntek means high performance which is NOT carbon tint... it's metal-dyed. So I paid $10 extra for metal-dyed, not carbon as I was promised. Only reason I went with them is because of a great past history with them and I have a panoramic sunroof so I'm not worried about metal interference with my electronics. I just wish they were honest and fair about everything hence the 3 stars. I posted this "buyer beware" story just in case carbon tinting is truly what's need.

We have gotten PPF, tinting, and inside detailing done. Their shop is incredibly clean. This last visit we got our truck done with PPF and wow did they do an incredible job for how intricate our hood and grill are. Luis takes great care of us and we always get a bag of cleaning goodies with each service!
