Half the time I go there the line is shut down for "maintenance". To make matters worse, they stopped answering the phone so I cannot call to check to see if the wash line is back open. Really? I'm pretty close to cancelling my two memberships if things don't get better. In addition, the oil change area is terrible! I recently went in for an oil change. When I got there the guy came out to my vehicle and said it would be 15 minutes before they could start on my vehicle. The oil change ended up taking 55 minutes. They did not check my tire pressure, fill up my washer fluid or check my filters. I didn't bother to say anything because I just wanted to get out of there. I will never get another oil change there again!
