From the moment I arrived, Jonathan greeted me warmly and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. He and his team are not only knowledgeable but also friendly and hospitable. They worked on several major issues with my truck and took the time to explain every detail along the way. Here's a quick breakdown of what was done: He replaced the rear brakes, rotors, brake hoses, and calipers. I had initially requested a brake fluid flush and fill, and to have my rear brakes and rotors changed, but the rear brakes weren't purging fluid. J and his team quickly got to work troubleshooting, inspecting the brake hoses, and discovering that they were clogged and that the caliper was seized. He sourced the parts and fixed the issue, all while showing me everything step by step to ensure I understood the problem and knew he wasn't making it up or anything like that. (He literally showed it to me) He also flushed and filled the fluids in both the front/rear differentials/transfer case. The engine coolant was flushed and replaced, and he even changed the spark plugs, showing me the worn condition of the old ones. He checked all the hoses and clips to ensure nothing else needed to be replaced and changed the serpentine belt, which was long overdue. Jonathan also took extra time to address the growing rust issue underneath my truck, showing me how bad it was and explaining a plan of action we could take to treat it and prevent further corrosion in the future, should I opt to bring it back to him. (I'm definitely going to come back for this) I was especially impressed with how honest and upfront he was about every repair. He explained everything clearly, showed me the worn-out parts, and never once tried to upsell me or cut corners. His prices are incredibly fair, and the quality of work is top-notch. Overall, Jonathan and his team provided excellent service in a timely manner, and I really appreciated his dedication to getting my truck maintenance up to date and ensuring it's safe for the road. When I looked at my bank account the amount was $84 more. When I called them they said it was a service fee for using a debit card. 5%. This was not stated in the estimate or on the receipt. if you are going to charge someone $84 extra for using a debit card, it should be plastered all over the estimate and the receipt IN BOLD PRINT! Paying credit card fees is part of doing business. It is good customer service! If I was told, I would have written a check. It surprises me that you would risk being paid $1680 with a possibly bad check rather than being paid with a debit card. Shame on you! You can charge any fees you want, but you should inform your customers of them. We have had our cars fixed there many times. This was our last!

Recently my truck with 20,000 miles was hit while it was parked by some dumb old man. He had USAA Insurance. My truck was fixed with all used and aftermarket crap parts including the Alloy wheel that looked like junk yard quality. I expected this truck to look as good or better to what it did before accident. I do not know what has happened there but I should have walked away when I asked where all the workers were and was given some Covid excuse. The place used to be busy. It looked like a ghost town. Now, lets talk about the paint.........$50,000 Truck but treated like your kids $2,000 car. There was lint and debris in the front fender paint and overspray in between door and body. The minute you opened door you knew it was in accident. The front fender also did not line up correctly due to inferior parts used. I also asked the owner if Bondo was used and he said, "Well, I had to use a little". I bought this Truck for my retirement and it was fully paid for. Due to Silver Lakes butcher job, I decided I could not live with it and traded it in for much lesser vehicle because I did not want payments. I lost about $15,000 due to this incident and Hack job of a repair. Silver Lake Auto Body lost a life long customer and I will spread the word about their drastic decline in work quality!
