He was able to get all the hard water spots out that I have been attempting to remove with water spot remover chemicals. I haven't seen my boat look this good in years. Received a call 4 days later that my car was done. When I showed up the paint where they repaired the accident felt very rough like sand paper, wasn't shiny at all and where they blended none of the paint matched. Ray the owner apologized several times and said he was very upset that his painter did this to my car and that he just needed to finish sanding and buffing. This should have been my first clue. I left my car there that night because Ray said they would fix it and to pick it up the next day. I went back the next day to pick up my car again and the paint was matching better but the repaired area was still rough like sand paper. Ray grabbed a towel and some buffing solution and apologized again that he couldn't believe his painter didn't finish the job again. The paint seemed to match better, and in the sun it is difficult to see things on white paint. I needed my car back so I paid R&M Auto Body Round Lake Park, IL. When I was driving I noticed that my windshield was very dirty/blurry, and when I got home under my garage lights I also noticed there were bubbles which I found are "solvent pops" all over my hood that they sprayed. I rinsed my car off because everything felt rough and dirty like maybe I had salt everywhere. It turns out the painter didn't cover anything and put over spray clear coat paint all over my entire car including my new wind shield, doors, trunk and back up camera. I called and Ray said to bring it back Monday and they would fix everything. I did drop it off all day again and picked it up later that evening, it seemed fine. Once I was driving into the sun I noticed I still had clear coat paint all over my windshield and then realized I still had clear coat paint all over my backup camera, trunk area and once I pulled into my garage under the lights I could see they didn't repair any of the bubbles that they created all over my hood.
