Communicative, professional, punctual, and friendly. Due to the nature of the installations, jobs can take days which meant he was booked quite a ways out. We asked for his earliest availability because our move-in was going to be dependent upon the installation, and he started work on a Sunday. Pretty much unheard of and I was super surprised! The quality of work is indisputable and I have no regrets. Wires hidden--he was adamant about making things look the best they can even when we were whatever about it if it was easier--and everything installed beautifully. Cost wasn't cheap especially with the Unifi equipment but it was very fair, and I don't know how much better it can get than this for a regular homeowner. My friend is a huge Unifi nerd and my husband a huge A/V nerd and neither had a single complaint. And they installed a recessed box and put up my Frame without charging me for it! Gave suggestions on how best to do it, brought the parts, and got it all setup. My electrician then added an outlet to the box and the base of the wall so everything is cleaaaan. A bad policy adopted by one or everyone is still bad policy. My plan price dropped by more than half. It as that way for 9 months while i paid the old price. Only when i tried to cancel: The website MADE me call. Then of course they have wonderful pricing all of a sudden. Not only did they try to promote this dishonest practice, the level of attitude, i guess maybe they don't like it for a customer to criticize a policy. In any event..i'd rather pay more than the new price they finally offered than pay a clearly dishonest company any more money. Then out of the blue, zero services - no Internet (we have jobs and kids who need access for school) and since TV came over the line, none of that either. Every morning, noon and evening I'd get a text saying restoration of service by X (i.e. 4pm the same day). After a day or two that showed itself to be a straight lie. No human to talk to on the phone, either. This baiting fraud went on for two weeks until we switched back to Spectrum. They owed me $7.01 per their recurring bill and kept it for months and months instead of just sending me a check. Eventually they sent a prepaid MasterCard I never requested containing my $7.01 which, if I activated, screwed me over with annual fees, etc. I finally got in touch with someone in the Philippines who said they'd send me a check; haven't gotten it yet - been about a week. Frontier is about the worst company with which i've had the displeasure of doing business. Shady and unfair business practices at every turn, in my view. Stay always unless you're a masochistic glutton for punishment. Consider yourself warned.

Unfortunately, one of our landlines stopped working the day after the technicians left. The Frontier guys didn't seem very familiar with landlines so I contacted Anthony at Phone Jack Medic. He was professional, courteous, and found the problem almost immediately. There were loose wires in the outside phone box, which were loosely secured with electrical tape. He properly secured the wires, weatherproofed them, and Voila! The landline works perfectly now. His service was extremely reasonable in price. We would recommend Anthony and his services for anyone dealing with a telecommunications problem at home.

David made 2 visits to our home to install Reolink WiFi surveillance cameras and also to fix an…read moreelectrical issue in our garage. The first time he came with his assistant Oscar to work on the cameras. The two of them worked together on a really hot day, and they got all the cameras installed exactly where I wanted them to be. We discovered however, that the WiFi Modem/Router I had was not pushing the signal far enough. David suggested that I purchase a Wire Mesh Router called an Eero, which would increase the signal to all the cameras. At his recommendation, I purchased the Eero but ran into problems when connecting it all up. But David was right there to help me. Since I also needed some electrical work in my garage, David came out again and diagnosed the problem and created the solution. He then went to work on my Reolink network and saw that I had incorrectly connected the Eero. Once that was connected, it all seemed to be working fine. I would hire David again in a heartbeat and would recommend to others that they do the same. David AV has five star reviews for a reason: it's deserved!
