They are the WORST at honoring a cancelation and even told me conflicting things about if the initial call I made was there. I spent an hour initially trying to get the service canceled only to be told when i called a month later that my service wasn't canceled!! After much arguing, the rep put in the "official" cancelation and comped any further charges. Also, he said they couldn't back date my request. HORRIBLE service when it comes to canceling them!!!
