I asked for documentation and clarification on their accounting, but that was never provided. Communication became focused on collection and lien warnings rather than investigating the payment issue. I was pretty shocked how aggressive they were in their phone calls and emails. I recommend that customers keep detailed records and receipts for any work done with this company.

Because of climate change, we have started experiencing atmospheric river storms as witnessed in the last few weeks. We experienced a leak during the week between Christmas and New Years and when I called their office, I learned that they were closed until Monday, January 5. Well to my surprise. I received a call back from their office asking about the severity of the leak and whether I needed immediate help or could it wait until they had everyone back to work on the 5th. I had a bucket collecting water and the leak was small enough that I decided it could wait. On the 5th, I received a call back from the office asking if they could send two repair people that afternoon to inspect and repair the issue. I was not home but my wife was, and she said that the gentlemen were prompt and thorough and explained what they saw and what did to correct the leak. I am not writing this as a novice to the problems in the construction industry, I am now retired but worked 40+ years in the window and door portion of the industry from owning my own company and working in sales for a billion-dollar wood window company (Marvin Windows and Doors). After the roof was complete, we also had them cut a hole in the roof, as our bathroom fan was expelling into our attic instead of the roof. He even sealed a few spots on the spot just to hold me over, which I really appreciated. The quote was very fair and reasonable, so we went for it. His crew showed up early the next morning and knocked out the repairs and new underlayment in about two and a half hours. They were total pros, very thorough, and showed me some before-and-after pics so I could see exactly what they did. All in all a great job! and very professional.
