Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. However, they FAR exceeded my expectations! Not only do they do a great job in the move itself, they also go the extremes in making sure they handle your items as careful as possible. they are also fast (but cautious) and are extremely personable! David in the office told me what to expect when I booked and answered all my questions: it all went exactly as he said it would. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. I advised Julian (owner) that I would like for him to wrap the furniture because I do not have the material to do so. I was quoted a price based on this information given BUT once he arrived with his crew he tried to charge me an extra 100 dollars because my apartments was 8 doors down from the elevator and he stated he did not agree to wrapping my furniture and if he does that's a additional fee besides what I was already quoted initially that "included" wrapping. My move out date was the very next morning and because he didn't keep his word on what he would do and my intial price for the service. He threw my deposit on my counter and told me to find someone else to move me and left. Julian is very unprofessional, money hungry, dishonest, and try to get over on women.
