Back Savers showed up with so many movers I almost lost count. 6 or 7 of the most clean cut, uniform wearing gentleman. They got to work right away helping me finish wrapping up odds and ends. I opted to provide the boxes and supplies needed for the move but I noticed that they did have extra supplies to wrap the couches etc. We are having to get the crew to come back out again tomorrow because I needed more storage. If I did have the extra storage space today they could have easily finished up today. These people are serious about getting the job done. I will complete my review tomorrow It is tomorrow William and team got it done. Very happy with every aspect and the final bill came in under the estimate. I can't say enough good stuff here. When I reached out to call the number Mr. Jonathan was very prompt to my call and was able to assist myself and my husband and spoke in detail on what he could do to move our home. He answered all our questions with no problem at all. We moved our 3 bedroom home with no issues or problems and I had no furniture damaged at all including my antique table and chairs. He had materials that was able to protect our items which was impressive. The team was very friendly and showed up on time to our property and offered any other assistance that was needed. I advised Julian (owner) that I would like for him to wrap the furniture because I do not have the material to do so. I was quoted a price based on this information given BUT once he arrived with his crew he tried to charge me an extra 100 dollars because my apartments was 8 doors down from the elevator and he stated he did not agree to wrapping my furniture and if he does that's a additional fee besides what I was already quoted initially that "included" wrapping. My move out date was the very next morning and because he didn't keep his word on what he would do and my intial price for the service. He threw my deposit on my counter and told me to find someone else to move me and left. Julian is very unprofessional, money hungry, dishonest, and try to get over on women.
