I was advised to send photos and information regarding if there was stairs etc regarding my move. I sent a photo of all/each Item and advised him that I was located on the fifth floor with an elevated. I was then asked if I needed him to wrap my furniture or would I wrap it. I advised Julian (owner) that I would like for him to wrap the furniture because I do not have the material to do so. I was quoted a price based on this information given BUT once he arrived with his crew he tried to charge me an extra 100 dollars because my apartments was 8 doors down from the elevator and he stated he did not agree to wrapping my furniture and if he does that's a additional fee besides what I was already quoted initially that "included" wrapping. My move out date was the very next morning and because he didn't keep his word on what he would do and my intial price for the service. He threw my deposit on my counter and told me to find someone else to move me and left. Julian is very unprofessional, money hungry, dishonest, and try to get over on women. A few things... Price changes. Over the phone I was told one thing and by the time he arrived it was another insane price. He was supposed to carry furniture to the to a donation center 4.5miles away, but said he wanted to keep them and would shave off a few dollars. I was definitely ripped off since I had to move that day! He also bought a teenager to help move W/D. The poor kid keep telling him "it's to heavy". He needs to hire an adult. ‼I would not hire him again! Go with someone else more established w/staff and set pricing. read more

I recently used this company to move some items. The owner arrived on time and was extremely professional. There were no problems at all.

Im truly disappointed with this service. I wanted to give him five stars but that dishonesty persuaded me against it. After all was said and done, I came out of $100 and ended up moving the majority of my own items. The price was significantly higher than what was agreed upon . Would not recommend.... Great service we actually hired them last minute and no moving trucks were available. They accommodated with using a trailer hitch. They loaded a 3 bedroom apartment with one trip 4 guys and it was raining. Kudos to them and I appreciate them helping at a moment a need. read more

This is my first review and I had to comment. I was constantly told I would get a return phone call and never received one. I called this moving place three days in a row. I don't have time for this I am trying to relocate as smoothly as possible and this was very frustrating. I paid money and I deserve the services I paid for. The run-a-round I've been put through makes me skeptical about this moving company and this voucher system. I normally purchase through Groupon with no problem and I want a refund so that I may get a moving company on Groupon before it's too late. No trying to stretch out the time, they come in assess what has to be done and get to work. I have even recommended them twice and both people were very pleased. I had the same experience as everyone else here, except there were no Yelp reviews at the time I purchased my LivingSocial coupon. I attempted multiple times to contact this company. The first time I "talked" to someone on the phone I swear it was a toddler or other young child, who "took a message" and said someone would call me back. Did that happen? NO. And after learning that this company is more of a call center than a moving service I'm not surprised. LivingSocial just ran another "deal" for Ahnn's, which had 151 coupons sold as I type this. I was able to get LivingSocial credit (the window for a full refund had passed), and I hope other people are able to get their money back. Bought a deal on LivingSocial for Ahnn's moving services. Called to set it up and the woman who answered the phone took all my info and said I'd receive a call after 6 p.m. Never got a call. The same thing happened for the next three days. On the fourth day I spoke with a woman named Brandy who actually revealed a little more information--the people answering the phones work at a call center, and not at Ahnn's Movers, and there is no way for customers to directly contact Ahnn's Movers. They also will not provide info for the business or owners. She also told me not to expect a phone call that evening, but that I would receive a call after 6 p.m. THE NIGHT BEFORE THE REQUESTED MOVING DATE to confirm whether Ahnn's can actually show up or not. What kind of a system is that? Pretty ridiculous. Called LivingSocial, got a refund, and now I'm going to go with someone reputable like Peach Movers or Mark the Mover. read more

Pay attention to the previous reviews. THEY ARE TRUE. I have been trying to schedule a move for 2 weeks. Called again 4 days ago(on Saturday) around 2 pm. I was told by the answering service my LivingSocial voucher was no longer being honored at noon on that day. What??? The voucher is valid until Jan 2014. After contacting LivingSocial, I received an email from them that my dispute had been cleared and to contact Ahnn's to schedule my move.My complaint was the 2nd received by LivingSocial. Called for 3 days with no response. Finally received a call on the fourth day from another moving company i have never heard of to inform me that the deal I purchased had a typo and the 3 hrs of moving I paid for is actually 2 hours. The 3rd hour will cost me an additional $100. I agree with everyone else, this company does not exist. I purchased a Living Social Deal for Ahnn's Movers on August 13, 2013. I tried scheduling the move 8/14/13, 8/21/13, 8/23/13, and 8/27/13. Ahnn's Movers did not return any of my calls. On 8/27/13, I was told by the answering service that Ahnn's Movers would complete my move if I paid them in cash. They refused to honor the Living Social voucher that I purchased. Paying them cash would be double payment and defeats the purpose of purchasing the voucher in the first place. I made four attempts to schedule this move. Ahnn's Movers never bothered to respond to one message. The response that I received regarding not accepting the Living Social voucher and having to pay them in cash came from the answering service person on 8/27/13, which was my fourth attempt. The customer service is terrible. I cannot comment on the actual moving services because they never return phone calls to schedule a time. I purchased a living social coupon for this companies moving services and have not been able to redeem it because they will not return my calls. I have spoken with the receptionist several times who cannot schedule moving times but promises that someone else will call back to schedule a move date. No one has ever called back. Very disappointed with their service. I was however able to call Two Men and A Truck and schedule my move with the same person who answered the phone no hassles. read more

Do Not use this company! I was told they would confirm my move the night prior to the move and no one called me to set a time. I tried to call them the day of the move and they would not return my call. They left me in a bind. They advertise cheap moving...but what is cheap when they never show up. I called Atlanta Peachtree Movers and they showed up the same day, at the time promised and moved me without an issue. I have just returned from out of the country. My experience packing up my things to leave the country was frightful and I was very keen on not repeating the poor experience. This time around, it was different. The owner and an assistant were communicative, professional, and efficient. They met me at one location and traveled to two more before the final drop off. There were some hiccups on my part and they remained very patient throughout the process. I plan on using them again in the next coming months to complete my move. read more
