It turned out that the lock was so old, we just didn't understand the trick to get the key to work. But that point notwithstanding, Chris was INCREDIBLE! He stayed and re-keyed all of our locks and took the time to explain our strange, antique front door lock. I told hin to change the pins in the existing lock and he did not. He changed the outside cylinder so that the back door two cylinders and the front door outside cylinder had the same key . He spent one hour and we were charged almost $900. However, he did meet our basic requirement: to defeat any one who had made an copy of our door keys and tried subsequently to enter the house.
