I've hired them to do two more projects, one for my sick brother, one for myself. The one for myself was about a $4k project installing sonos all around my house. The bought and delivered the Sonos. One of the big sound bars was broken. They were supposed to replace. That was 6 months ago. At first he was keeping me updated and then he slowly stopped responding, then just texting and giving excuses. Now we even have issues with the work they provided being unstable connection, didn't fall best practices with the product, etc. He has $850 of mine and has no gone completely dark and will not respond or answer my texts. I would not trust this company with my money or my family. It's so sad to watch someone completely ruin their own good name and reputation like this.
